What do you like best about Sematext Cloud?

What do you dislike about Sematext Cloud?

It wasn't obvious how to configure the log-based reports for Solr, however Sematext's support team was quick to help and get us going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sematext Cloud:

For organizations seeking a comprehensive solution for monitoring Solr or Elastic, I recommend short-listing Sematext and piloting it. It's a great solution for this use case.

We haven't used it for general infrastructure monitoring / APM outside of Solr, but my impression is that it would be a strong contender there as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sematext Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our engineering team is new to managing Solr at scale and Sematext provides helpful metrics and detailed event log analytics to diagnose performance problems.

Sematext allowed us confirm a set of slow queries, which led to a change in our query logic. Once deployed, we'll use Sematext to measure the reduction in slow queries in our production envirnoment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

these functions are not supported by sematext....only is you can moniter server.

All cloud providers are not supported by sematext technologies.

You cannot choose your preferred Operating systems. there are only selected platforms available on the sematext.

What problems is Sematext Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Server monitoring is good enough with Sematext cloud. Sematext is user-friendly where we can use cloud technologies in a manner way and also in a cost-effective way. Sematext is cheaper in some technologies. all it has to do is improving all services and databases.

I am currently solving problems through sematext is cloud monitoring, monitoring logs, data migration, automation process, Network mapping, Running a virtual server, installing the application on a server, running apache Kafka for website development, and many more. Thanks so much for the review, I'm glad to hear we are providing a solution that fits your needs.

Regarding the simple/poor emailing option - we currently have a complete "one-time/scheduled email" reporting solution in place for Infra, Logs and Real User Monitoring, we are working on adding that same feature to Synthetics. I will keep you posted there.
