What do you like best about Smartsupp?

What do you dislike about Smartsupp?

What I dislike about Smartsupp is that the pricing can be a bit unclear. When registering, I could choose a free plan, but now that my demo version is about to expire, I can’t find this option anymore. "My first experiences with the Smartsupp app with Mira AI"
What do you like best about Smartsupp?

Once in the past, I was also a paying client of Smartsupp, including Smartlook, which was great and its then-timelessness was unique. During the crisis, when my e-shop was suffering, I reduced operating costs to a minimum, including the Smartlook service, which was not essential. Currently, I am returning to Smartsupp primarily because of Mira AI, in which I see the future of client communication and, for me as an e-shop operator, especially a time saver. As with everything new, it is necessary to get hands-on experience and learn to set everything up properly, which requires time and good technical support, which I currently see positively. Not everything, especially technical issues, can be solved by AI, so I started communicating with support via email. I would especially like to commend the fact that there are plenty of guides, recommendations, and videos on functionality available online, but having the option to resolve technical issues with a live expert is an absolute necessity. What do you dislike about Smartsupp?

I would welcome the option of immediate phone support exclusively for technical issues, which are resolved slowly and poorly explained via email, while clients can probably study the rest themselves. Also, various settings and changes appear on the e-shop with a relatively large delay, and then I don't know if everything went correctly and according to my expectations. Somehow better devise an easy choice for the client whether they want to communicate exclusively with a live operator if they are online or just with Mira AI. In particular, the Mira AI feature seems extremely useful, as it helps automate responses and makes customer support more efficient. I also really like the option of automatic welcome messages, which is a great way to engage visitors right from the start and encourage them to start a conversation. What do you dislike about Smartsupp?

Unfortunately, in Mira AI you cannot directly correct its replies so that it learns from those edits – instead, you have to add exact response patterns for specific questions, which takes more time.

On the mobile app, messages often arrive with a delay, and sometimes they are delivered twice instead of once. Another issue is that Mira, with the 5-second delay, is not able to pick up the customer’s previous question automatically – the question needs to be repeated again, which reduces efficiency.
