Honestly, I really like how easy it is to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, you can figure out most things pretty quickly. Setting it up was also smooth — the implementation didn’t give me headaches. I also like the number of features it offers; everything from calls to messaging to analytics is in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. We also appreciate that the integration with our CRM allows us to provide more personalized service at scale, significantly cut wait times, and improve patient satisfaction.
