What do you like best about Squaretalk?

Honestly, I really like how easy it is to use. Even if someone isn’t super tech-savvy, you can figure out most things pretty quickly. Setting it up was also smooth — the implementation didn’t give me headaches. I also like the number of features it offers; everything from calls to messaging to analytics is in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools. What do you dislike about Squaretalk?

The customer support could be faster; sometimes you have to wait longer than expected. Some of the advanced features aren’t super intuitive, so the ease of use drops a bit there. When it comes to implementation, setting up complex workflows can be tricky. The HIPAA compliance was one of the main reasons we went with Squaretalk. We also appreciate that the integration with our CRM allows us to provide more personalized service at scale, significantly cut wait times, and improve patient satisfaction.
