What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

Telnyx does not have any meaningful support. My account was denied L2 verification, which is required to use the SMS API, and the only recourse given is to "contact support". I filled out the support contact me form, I called the support number on 4 different occasions, and I have yet to interact with an actual human. The support line rings and rings, until, after waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes, you are directed to a voicemail box where you can leave a message, which will not be returned. I have left three of them so far, with two different phone numbers to contact me at, and have never heard back, so, while I would like to use some of the APIs and features of Telnyx, I simply cannot since they will not verify my account and will not contact me regarding this. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

The best part about Telnyx is the quality of their technical support. We were implementing their WebRTC JS SDK for in-browser calling, and their team was instrumental in getting us past a major roadblock. The support staff are not just reading from a script; they are technically proficient and can provide specific, actionable solutions quickly. What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

The primary challenge was that some of the public-facing documentation and CDN links for the WebRTC SDK were outdated. This led to a lot of initial frustration and wasted time trying to debug a ReferenceError that was ultimately caused by a broken link. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

The first time I registered with Telnyx, I immediately tried the AI ​​Assistant. I didn't expect Telnyx's AI assistant to produce assistance agents that closely resembled real humans. Furthermore, there are many models to choose from, ranging from those that connect directly to Telnyx or via API. At first, I had difficulty accessing the usage history for each test call I made with the AI ​​Assistant. It was a bit tricky to find. It took a bit of effort for a beginner like me. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I was looking for a reliable and affordable SIP Trunk provider to host my AI Voice Agents on phone calls here in Italy, and I have to say that Telnyx went above and beyond my expectations.

From the very beginning, the setup was smooth and straightforward. I purchased a number, configured the SIP Trunk, and started testing right away. The service quality has been excellent, with stable connections, clear audio, and a solid technical foundation.

What truly impressed me, though, was the customer support. During the configuration phase, I had a few doubts and small difficulties, and their support team was simply outstanding. The chat support responded almost instantly, with agents who were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind, patient, and proactive. They walked me through each step and made sure everything worked perfectly before closing the conversation.

Compared to other large providers I’ve tested, Telnyx clearly stands out for its human touch and commitment to helping customers succeed. What do you like best about Telnyx CPaaS?

I don't know much about telnyx, the thing which i need and use from telnyx is SIP account, and i am 100% satisfied from that, previous i have my business in US and i need a dialer, for dialing calls, which is cheap and easy to setup, i just and connect and sip credintionals with linphone (softphone) and thats it i am ready to start dialing which is amazing for me as a small business owner. What do you dislike about Telnyx CPaaS?

The thing which i want from telnyx to built is SMS feature, they have SMS feature but its difficult to setup with any tool, like linphone or other, and those are not conversatinal SMS so, if they can add this feature and make a system to easily setup this thing, then according to me, they are gem. We’ve been using Telnyx for over six years now, and they’ve consistently delivered a reliable and powerful platform for our needs.

We’ve been using Telnyx for voice and fax services, and it’s been a great experience so far. The voice quality is excellent, with minimal latency or call drops, even during high-volume periods. Faxing—something many providers overlook—actually works reliably through their platform, which was a key requirement for our business.
