There are moments of clunkiness when deploying and integrating the software. For example, PowerPoint metadata only injects correctly if the file is reopened, which can be inconvenient. I have been using Templafy for over a couple years now and I have to say I could not imagine building a proposal without it. Our team uses Templafy every day and for multiple use like Word and Powerpoint proposal template building. Once you build your library of boilerplate content pieces, its pretty easy to use and update whenever a piece has outdated information. I think the least helpful thing about Templafy is building the base template itself, there seems to be a few bugs here and there still with some templates we have and its been difficult to solve / fix. Other things I would add is the ai implementation is still not great and the organization and integration of (employee) datasets could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Templafy is key in unifying our brand for many digital interactions and experiences, especially in Word documents and PowerPoint presentations. I know our Brand Management team really likes the approach and the ability to make updated ressources available to pick and choose from (e.g. slides layouts, images, icos etc.)

We have done a e-mail signature pilot in a smaller business unit and we are now going to broaden that to the entire company (we need to set up a regional/country community for mail banner advertisements first).

We have been very satisfied with the implementation and support ressources that we have worked with.

There are a few limitations that would be nice to fix, e.g. not being able to have a multi brand experience behind the "File > New Presentation" option in PowerPoints fixed UI.

From an admin point of view, I like that I can upload our company’s templates and branding into Templafy so the entire organization has easy access in PowerPoint.
