Tipalti is easy for vendors to set up and maintain their portals. The sync with QBO is virtually flawless. I also appreciate the multi levels of approvals. The biggest issue I had was with a US vendor accidentally getting paid with Myanmar currency. I have absolutely no idea how this happened as I have it in the settings to default to USD. It took Tipalti a couple of weeks to get the money back from the vendor's account and then I had to reissue payment. My vendor was not happy.

I would also like the option of requesting that vendors resubmit their W-9's annually. When they create their portal is the only time I can get a W-9 from them and we have a policy that we need new W-9's from vendors each year.

I do wish the timing of pushing invoices through the approval process was instantaneous, but there is a lag of typically 5-30 seconds. Occasionally, it has been a couple minutes. I'm sure this can't be helped though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With daily use and familiarity with the functionality, it becomes easy to process bills quickly and efficiently. The more you learn and know about Tipalti, the more you can apply your needs, policies, and other best practices to ensure a secure process. The available tools and resources are great.
