So far, my experience with UKG Ready has been largely positive. I haven’t encountered any major issues or limitations in the areas I use most, such as employee records and reporting. UKG is so user friendly, and I just found my favorite part! I'ts probably the "HELP" section. I have not visited this page before but there is a wealth of information in which I can learn from and expand my knowledge as a USER or hopefully someday, and OWNER of a company. By far you have excellent customer support, and I can see when I have more time I will log on to the "help" page to use more frequently with questions I may have. Absolutely NOTHING! I could see though if you were the Administrator, you may get a little overwhelmed inputting everyone's information, and keeping up with the Announcement page, and a few other links I browsed through quickly that my current Company does not take advantage of as of yet. I'm certain that in due time they can continue adding to this valuable platform which contains so much information. UKG has so many different choices, plans, schedules, reports, histories, comparisons, places to download, and hubs that include such valuable information that I feel there is no one else needed to look at, to turn too, or compare with when searching competitors. UKG has it all and more! This platform is so easy to use, and it's clean and simple, just what I like. I can use a little bit of the platform or a lot! The ease of getting help is amazing, and as I frequent UKG each day I work, I find it so convenient, enjoyable, along with useful and not overwhelming or stressful. I can navigate to where I want to when I want to and it's easy to find my way around. I feel safe and secure and trust this security that they have backing them. I love how easy it is on this platform to enter all my hours; the process is seamless and not time-consuming. I also appreciate how easily I can navigate to find important information, such as balance accruals, previous pay stubs, and personal details. I think the only downside I have found is if you have multiple sources of funding that you need to differentiate between for paychecks, it will automatically select one over the others, but it's still easy enough to click through the drop-down and find the correct one. We switched from doing a physical timesheet to using UKG. At first, we all hated it, because it was hard to remember to clock in and out after not doing that for 15 plus years. But the change over was simple and implementation was even easier, it was activated and away we went.

Eventually, my company had to post signs on the doors stating, "Don't forget to clock in" & "Don't forget to clock out". Those signs helped. We have been using UKG for almost 3 years now, and the ease of use it superb even the senior employees who are not very tech savvy have no issues using the system. It holds everyone accountable for remembering to clock in and out. The vacation requests are simple to use, the hardest part is trying to do a change request on a cellphone, but it can be done and after a few times you'll figure it out.

I appreciate how easy it is to set up the system, implementation was a breeze and any time we have a question, or concern customer service is always helpful. I and our employees find it very easy to use, and we use it every day. With the HR Hiring product, internal employee reviews, reminders and storage of corporate documents puts everything in one place, which is INCREDIBLY helpful! I love being able to clock in and out on the app, it's much easier bc the facial recognition we have doesn't always work, so its just better to have the app and ensure I'm clocking in and out on-time. I also love that I can quickly check my upcoming schedule/hours, and that it shows the next four days out as well. It's very easy to view recent paystubs, check the greater schedule/calendar for months in advance, etc. Overall very easy to use and has a lot of helpful info that is relevant to what I am looking for. Honestly nothing - occasionally it will say I'm offline when I go to clock in, but I just close out of the app, wait a few seconds, and go back in and it works fine. Our company has been using UKG for several years now and it has been exactly what we were promised. The interface is easy to use and customize, and it lets me do what we need to do. We have several locations and the software handles it quite well, with consistent updates to both the website and hardware. The only negative we have experienced is when the hardware updates in the stores, it becomes unavailable for use. This only lasts about 10 minutes, so it has minimal impact. The only downside I’ve encountered is within the reporting functionality. Some reports require information from both payroll and HR modules, and due to current system limitations, it's not always possible to combine all data into one report. In these cases, I’ve had to create two separate reports and merge them manually. While it's manageable, having enhanced cross-functional reporting capabilities would make this process more seamless.
