What do you like best about Workfront?

Very easy UI, very navigatable. There is a lot of support for the app. Emailing the customer success rep at Workfront is no issue at all. I really like how organized it is and seems well positioned for my role.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

Can be a bit tedious at times. Many subtasks that might have been unceccessary

Additionally, It can be expensive, especially for smaller teams, and requires a significant learning curve due to its complex interface and extensive customization options. Some users find the setup process time-consuming and the Gantt charts difficult to manage. Additionally, the platform can be overwhelming with its many features and potential for micromanagement. What do you like best about Workfront?

Workfront has a lot of ability to set technical deadlines with detailed predecessors, assignment details, resource management, and more - both at a task and project level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

It’s extremely laggy and buggy for larger teams and the overall usability is super poor. It seems we are constantly dealing with some sort of Workfront issue. We were also told we could do X Y Z with this product, yet there never any answers on how we can make those solutions possible for our team. Support is slow and mostly unhelpful. I’ve spent my entire career working in project management systems and Workfront is in my bottom 5 every time, especially considering the pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
