What do you like best about 11x?

I love how customizable the agents are and the onboarding/continued customer service has been as solid as I've ever experienced with any kind of new tech roll out. When weighing the alternative of partnering with a full-blown 24/7 call center, 11x has proven to be a better choice for us. Alice Qu on the deployments team has been extremely helpful related to our onboarding, initial launch, and our continued tweaks to the agents/use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11x?

There is a lack of analytics and reporting in the current iteration, however there have been many updates to the platform since we've joined and I'm confident more robust reporting is coming soon. What do you like best about 11x?

We started using Alice from 11x recently and it’s been a solid addition to our workflow. A few weeks after getting set up, Alice helped us book a meeting with a pretty large account, which was a great early win.

Its prospecting function stands out, consistently helping us generate high-quality leads via the adaptive AI which learns over time. Over the course of the first few months, we’ve seen the platform’s AI adapt to our unique industry and messaging needs, which has been invaluable in refining our narrative, product positioning, and overall wording.

Implementation was straightforward, with smooth integrations into our existing workflows and minimal setup time. The team at 11x.ai provides excellent customer support, responding quickly and proactively to ensure we get the most out of the platform. What do you dislike about 11x?

There’s very little to dislike. While the number of features is strong and continually expanding, we’d love to see even deeper integrations with some niche tools in our stack. That said, the 11x.ai team is highly receptive to feedback and frequently rolls out updates, so we’re confident any gaps will be addressed quickly. One thing to keep in mind is if it works for your specific product and outreach demands, depending on the Go-To-Market approach you might want to consider other tools or an in-house team.
