What do you like best about Rippling?

There are a few things that I love about Rippling. To start off, the first thing that you always see with a software is how easy it is to navigate, and the structure of everything. Rippling has a superb interface that is easy to navigate. The second thing that I like, is the implementation of different tasks or surveys that you can make custom, to see everyones individual response. Rippling has helped me organize alot of data. The feature that they also have where you can see the entire company is very useful, for learning more about existing employees, and seeing new employees in order to learn their name. Job Diva is an excellent ATS available in the market, making recruitment and candidate database management much easier. It also streamlines the onboarding process for new hires. One of its strengths is the ability to integrate with other platforms such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, which adds to its versatility. The customer service is responsive and always ready to address any issues promptly. Additionally, the user interface is intuitive, making it easy for beginners to learn quickly. Job Diva is a good platform, but I find that the only filter missing in the talent search is the city filter. While it allows you to filter by state, country, and even zipcode, there is no option to filter by city. I believe Job Diva should consider adding a city filter in their future updates. Job Diva helps me source talent for various job roles for my clients and makes the onboarding process much more efficient. I find the mail merge feature particularly useful, as it lets me send emails to multiple candidates at once. I often use this alongside Dice and Monster, since these platforms are integrated with Job Diva. The software also allows me to monitor candidate's daily activities. I appreciate being able to add notes to each candidate's profile, which keeps my colleagues informed about their progress. We have recently moved to HRone from Hrpearls(Webtel), I find Hrone more intuitive, Streamlined & better leave management system. There is one thing good about this HrOne is Attendance regularization features much needed, because we are so lost in work sometimes we forget to mark attendances.

Talking about leave applications, its quite easy to raise requests to our FM's

What do you dislike about HROne?

Its just sometimes, the attendance updation takes a little more time, which keep up trembling in thoughts of applying OD's at the end of the month. I am not sure its HRone problem or our servers. Also its quite difficult to understand the interface at initial levels, because if i talk about leaves i have to take note of entry or exit time & match that time with the short or half day, that's how i gets little confused sometimes & its not just me the whole office faces this confusion. Well their are few problems its helping me solve:

- Clear Attendance tracking & application

- Birthday tracking of fellow colleagues

One of the features I appreciate most is Employee Self-Service. It allows our staff to manage their own information, request time off, and access company documents independently, without having to contact HR for every minor update. This autonomy has saved us a considerable amount of administrative time.

The centralized employee database is another major advantage. With all employee data—such as contact details, job history, performance reviews, and PTO balances—stored in one place, we no longer have to juggle multiple spreadsheets. There is limited flexibility to tailor workflows or data fields beyond the standard settings, which could pose challenges for organizations with highly specific HR needs. The main challenge that BambooHR has addressed for us is the decentralization and manual handling of HR data. Previously, we managed employee records through spreadsheets, kept documents in separate folders, and relied on email threads for time-off requests. This approach was not only inefficient but also increased the risk of errors and security issues.

One of the biggest advantages has been establishing a single source of truth. Now, all employee information is stored in a centralized and secure location, eliminating data silos and ensuring we always have access to accurate, up-to-date records. This change has saved our HR team a significant amount of time on administrative work.

Having all our data in one system has also enabled us to make data-driven decisions. I was working for client Sundeck via Multiplier.

I had a query about updating retrials information in which one information was missed to be updated post exit.

My case was handled by Rohini. She was very prompt in first updating me about timeline in which it will be fixed. Then, issue is fixed within 2 workings days which was really commendable. This quick support enabled me to proceed further on my next task quickly.

Our contract with multiplier ended 6 month before but response from multiplier is as prompt as when we had contract.

What do you like best about RemotePeople?

Remote People makes managing our distributed workforce extremely easy. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, and the reporting tool (like the one shown in my screenshot) gives real-time insights into revenue and expenses. I especially like how quickly we can generate performance and financial summaries it saves our team hours every week.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn is a great Recruiting and Staffing Software. The best part is that we can keep all kind of database in bullhorn which we do on a daily basis. It keeps a great track of candidate, candidate complete profile, submissions, interviews, placements and many more data it can hold of our candidates. I can put note in bullhorn to make the candidate exclusive from whole organization so that if one candidate is in interview process, no one else can submit that to other positions. Bullhorn also keeps the track of candidates like when that candidate was entered in Bullhorn, when he has submitted, when he has got placed, when he has been interviewed and how many times someone has submitted that candidate. Also, the complete profile we can enter of candidate, like address, email, contact, location, visa status, sourced portal etc.

we can also look at our activities of past many years. we can directly get the whole report of different teams. We can also search candidate with a Boolean search, with so many filters according to our need.

What do you like best about Keka?

Keka has made managing work related tasks really simple from an employee perspective. I can easily check my attendance, apply for leave, request regularization, and view all my pay slips without needing to contact HR every time. What do you dislike about Keka?

One limitation I’ve noticed is with weekends and comp-offs. Our company sometimes schedules us to come to the office on weekends, but Keka considers Saturday and Sunday as the default weekends. It automatically deducts the comp-off for these days, even if I wasn’t available on other weekdays that should have been my week-offs. A more flexible weekend and comp-off option would make it much more accurate for employees with non-standard schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Keka, managing HR-related tasks was time-consuming and confusing — checking attendance, submitting leave requests, accessing pay slips, and tracking approvals all required back-and-forth emails with HR. Keka has centralized all of this, making it quick and convenient. I can now handle all these tasks anytime, even on mobile, without depending on HR.

It also provides transparency — I can track approvals, comp-offs, and reimbursements on my own. Having all updates, policies, and feedback in one place helps me stay informed and manage my work-life balance better. Friday is extremely user-friendly. We have had a great experience using it weekly, navigating the website and its many helpful features, and getting employees set up.
