Yes.  I'll try to keep this supported, although it is not tested very
often and I don't have access to the very very latest VS release.

Can you be more specific about the problems you are having? Error messages, etc.
I think there may be potentially some issues with detecting the
pthread library for example.

It's always possible that you have a different configuration of some
setting or library that is different from my machine, but I can't help
you without more information.

I've been trying to build a .lib and .dll all morning, but keep running into
dependency issues or weird quirks of lua/mingw/etc.

Any pointers or more specific instructions would be great
