We had a check in at 3pm at the hotel same day. We arrived early, and wanted to go to London that same day. This service was just what we needed. Thank you soo much for storing our luggage securly and cheap. Fast both to deliver and collect.

Location convenient

When I hired Bounce’s services, I have paid the service fee and taxes. For my surprise, when I got back my luggage, the attendant asked me for payment, that I didn’t do showing him the receipt. This could be avoided with better control and I for system.
