Very good experience. Baggage recovery without problem. Location a stone's throw from Pimlico metro station.

The employees were a little distrustful but in the end everything was fine.

We stored 4 large suitcases here while we traveled to Scotland for a week. Bags were easy to drop off and retrieve. Make sure you get a receipt for how many pieces you left.

This luggage storage facility is very easy to find, less than a 15-minute walk from the Victoria subway station. A very warm welcome and a smile. I was given a numbered ticket. The baggage claim was completed in less than a minute. Perfect!

Really handy location, close to Victoria. Kept in a room behind reception. Really fast drop off and pick up.

The only issue I had is when I dropped my bag off I wasn’t given a ticket number so when I went to pick up I didn’t know the number so it took a little bit longer to find my info and it was the same situation for the people who came in behind me
