Feels safer to store luggage within hotel rather than potentially exposed to the elements at side walk shops. Reception staff friendly but porter handling baggages could be friendlier.

It was my first time using this service, so I was a little confused at the reception desk, but I was able to deposit and collect my luggage smoothly. It was very convenient, and I would like to continue using this service in the future.

Everything worked perfectly! Our suitcases were locked in a separate room, and a hotel employee was always there, both when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. We'd go back anytime!

The drop off/collection point was in a shop type store right in Paddington Station, just off the man concourse. Convenient and easy. When dropping off, I had to queue but only for about 5 minutes, on collection there was no queue at all. They Xray your bag, you pay and then they give you a barcoded receipt. Keep it safe, return later for you bag. Dead easy, very convenient and I felt my luggage would be 100% safe. Highly recommended.

Victoria Line side position would be better

I used the Bounce store in London Paddington Station which was really convenient since I was using both the train and the tube services. The service and the security was excellent. It could be a Pound or two cheaper but I waspleased with the service.
