I chose this point for its proximity to Victoria station. It’s really a 5-minute walk down a pretty street. Very friendly staff. Everything went well.

There was a delay checking my bag in as I was unaware I needed a qr code. This hadn’t been sent as an email attachment and only a booking reference was in my Apple wallet. They would only accept a qr code so I had to download the app and wait for it to load to access a qr code which took about 8 minutes. So we missed our train.
