Hi Ron, Could you please make sure you have followed all of the steps described here: http://oreka.sourceforge.net/oreka-user-manual.html#replayingrecordings If yes and it still not works, just post your observations to the list. Cheers Henri _____ From: Healy, Ron J. [mailto:rh...@fr...] Sent: 26 April 2006 09:51 To: Henri Herscher Subject: RE: [Oreka-user] wav file is only 1KB Hi Henri, Thanks for responding. Another Oreka user responded and suggested the 5.01 download was missing files so he sent me a 5.02 link and I downloaded that and installed it and the files built just fine. I do have one other issue though. I'm happy that the wav files are built in directories by hour and by day, but I'm trying to use the OrkWeb interface and the instances show up, but I can not play them. The associated player looks like it tries for a (very) quick second and that's it. Any ideas? Thanks. Ron _____ From: ore...@li... Long story short: See if you really need the gperf package and if not then rpm -e gperf and install the ACE package. If that is a no go you can always do an rpm --nodeps ACE but I guess step #1 would achieve the same result ... Good afternoon from a brand new (would-be) Oreka user... Platform is Fedora Core 3 on VMware (virtual machine), with a full image of my virtual machine backed up so if I totally hose it I can restore it easily. :-) I downloaded orkaudio-0.5-1.centos-4.2-i386-binary-RPMs.tar.gz and unGZ'd and untar'ed it in a directory under /usr/local/src. (I tried installing it as a user, in my home directory, not really anticipating that it would work ... and it didn't work, so I put it under /usr/local/src and su'd to root to install it ... is that what one is supposed to do?). Installing ACE-5.4.8-1.i386.rpm I got an error message "file /usr/bin/gperf from install of ACE-5.4.8-1 conflicts with file from package gperf-3.0.1-4". Then, installing orkaudio-0.5-1.i386.rpm (in its proper sequence... I installed everything in the order stated in the documentation) gives the error message "error: Failed dependencies: libACE.so.5 is needed by orkaudio-0.5-1.i386". So, obviously I have to fix that ACE install problem before doing anything else. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of whatever that conflict is? (I have searched the list archives, newsgroups, and available documentation and no luck...) |

Hi Sergey, Those log entries are alright. Essentially, if Oreka does not manage to detect metadata for a session, nothing in the RTP stream can give it a clue when it is finished. So Oreka just times it out after a while. That's when you see those messages. You won't see them when a Skinny or SIP stop message has been detected on a session.
