What I really like about Acumatica is how flexible and user-friendly the system is. Once you get used to the screens, it’s pretty easy to navigate between different modules like Projects, Distribution, and Production. The dashboards and filters make it simple to track what’s happening in real time without switching between multiple reports. I also like that most of the processes can be customized to match our business flow without needing heavy coding. Sometimes the system can feel a bit slow, especially when working with large data or multiple tabs open. A few screens have too many fields, which makes them slightly cluttered for day-to-day users. Also, certain setups and customizations require deep understanding of the backend or help from the support team — it’s not always straightforward for regular users.
