"Good Chat & Audio / Video Calling Service"

What do you like best about CometChat?

We tried out comet chat for their Audio-Video calling service, and their chat SDK.

The developer experience especially with the Chat SDK was great, also its performance was quite decent - but our user base was not very huge, so not sure how well it scales. Also, there was a bug so we raised an issue on GitHub and it was resolved within 10-15 days with a new release.

The documentation is great and easy to follow. We tried 3 different options and Cometchat's Chat SDK was the easiest to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CometChat?

It seems a bit pricy, and it might be fine with a small scale but with a larger scale, the cost might compound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, CometChat's infrastructure is very scalable and can support more than 1 million concurrent users. We also have pricing plans that scale with our customer's user base and optimize the compounding cost.

What do you like best about CometChat?

Customer support is very very good, they respond immediately to any of the queries, tech support, or concerns we have.

Their SDKs and APIs are straightforward to integrate and very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CometChat?

Their SDKs should be improved to support all the functionalities similar to API. Specific data is not available in SDK which is in API.

A few UI functionalities are also missing in SDK like reacting to a message.

The current reporting functionality is adequate but needs to improve on the ability to generate reports with more details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
