What do you like best about CometChat?

Amazing Service, CometChat has been amazing to our service. No complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We own an offbeat fitness studio and have regular tourists who attend just a couple of classes and

return to their own countries, Many of them wanted us to provide classes over video platforms but

we decided to create our own app with larger amount of content . We chose CometChat as our

Chat platform, we got the SDK and built it directly into our existing app with minimal effort. It has

been a major component of our platform since then, We provide personalized lessons with their

Voice&Video Chat feature and also provide classes to groups with their Voice&Video Conference

and Broadcasts feature. The inbuilt Monetization features have been major help to. We have

grown from a local fitness center to an online fitness platform and we thank CometChat for being

Our journey with CometChat has been rather positive, the support team has been helpful whenever we need them. Hope this review has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Let me start by saying that I bought CometChat to bring new features to our current product. We planned to add a platform where our users could connect with each other,.We made the purchase and got the activation details and a welcome email on the same day.

We got the integration and installation assistance from their support team, It took them barely any time to get it setup and we had CometChat running on our website the very next day. We were planning to introduce a subscription system on our website, it was rather helpful that CometChat had features which could help us with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We own a small bakery and people love our products, We created a simple website for it 2 years ago and did uploaded our recipes, offers and new arrivals there. We had a huge audience that also wanted to interact with us and wanted us to take classes. We researched and finally found CometChat and decided to buy it. The Sales team helped us find the perfect plan for us and assisted us through the whole process. We use CometChat to create groups for different classes and then use their broadcast feature to conduct these classes. It has been amazing for us and our customers love us. You would think with high end functionalities, product would become more complicated.

Cometchat defies this completely. With great features like role based access, credit deduction integrated in the product itself, cometchat is smooth as wind. Developer or not, you are bound to have a great experience with cometchat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very Quick integration process, didn't take more than a couple of hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CometChat?

What problems is CometChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

After a lot of market research, we landed on Cometchat and it's been every worth of the penny yet :) Love love love role based access. Had it not been for cometchat to give this features, we would have to hire another developer which needles to say would have been time consuming and expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Relatively cheap"

What do you like best about CometChat?

There isn't really anything I dislike for now. We had a glitch a few months ago but a call to CS and we were up and running in no time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I initially doubted it's usefulness in the home front. Turned out to be an exceptional addition to the expatriate community here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small community of house owners and decided we need an app to connect all of the

homeowners together. We had a website already so we just added CometChat to it and also

opted for the Mobile Apps. CometChat has allowed us to create groups and converse better,

The Video&Voice Conference also helps us have virtual meeting. The support has been really

"I love the app"
