What I value the most about CometChat is their outstanding customer service. I trust that they will continue to offer timely help consistently in the future. One thing I don't like about CometChat is how quickly they expect a response when a ticket is submitted. Frequently, they anticipate prompt responses from customers, which can be difficult as many of us have our own responsibilities to handle, even on weekends. If I say honestly nothing is there to dislike. but as I am a WordPress developer. I used this service for my WordPress website and there are some limitations to customising it for WordPress in terms of designing backend side they provide lots of things with API and webhooks. so try to improve something if you can.

APIs and SDKs appear to have some bugs and limitations, especially for customization purposes. Documentation is confusing, hard to navigate, not very thorough, and often times incorrect. I've had to contact support about many simple questions that the documentation should've covered. Also, when contacting support I recieve responses from multiple team members, which becomes confusing and unnecessary. I would rather have my request reviewed and forwarded to the technical team and recieve one email back with either a solution or request for more information. Here, I am not talking about the integration of CometChat, but rather highlighting the commendable support provided by the CometChat team. I encountered an issue with user presence (online/offline), and the team has been assisting me thoroughly for the past month. Our account manager, Hilary, is excellent - super responsive, helpful, and keen to find the best package for us. We've had very few issues with functionality, and it does what it needs to do.
