The support team is always available when I need them, and make every effort to help if they can. The team seems open to feedback and tries to integrate suggestions for improvement as users have them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epsilon3?

How the procedures or comments are saved has caused me a few headaches over the course of a year of use. I have lost entire procedures and hours of work because they have either been over written by another user having the procedure open, or the auto save feature not working properly.
