What do you like best about Aleph?
Aleph positions itself as a comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence platform designed for teams that need to make data-driven decisions quickly. After using the platform for several months across multiple projects, its offering is a powerhouse and a massive time saver.
Some of its Key Features that have been game changers for us are:
Excellent connectivity: Supports 100+ data sources including popular databases, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.
Real-time syncing: Data refreshes are reliable and fast and can extract data especially where there are reporting limitations on ERP platforms. We have been able to extract data descriptions from accounting platforms such as invoices to determine renewals and run data analytics which was a limitation in our accounting platform otherwise. Although the data sits in there, there is no reporting functionality to extract the descriptions other than manually clicking through each one so a HUGE time saver.
API flexibility: Custom integrations are straightforward to implement
Intuitive drag-and-drop interface: Non-technical users can create meaningful visualizations and dashboards quickly within a few clicks.
Pre-built templates: Industry-specific dashboard templates save significant setup time.
Interactive elements: Filters, drill-downs, and cross-filtering work seamlessly and to be able to collaborate with multiple individuals via these spreadsheets is extremely valuable.
Finally, I find that there some great seasoned products out in the marketplace, but lack an essential component 'Customer Support' which Aleph has nailed! Questions, issues, concerns are addressed instantly.
Aleph has been a game changer and can't wait to unlock all its offerings!

What do you dislike about Aleph?
There's always room for improvement as companies scale.
Although the real time sync is fast, every refresh requires 10-15 mins for data to be extracted. There are certain customization constraints, export limitations and I fee definitely a learning curve to get up and running in Aleph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
