I appreciate Krisp's accurate voice transcriptions, allowing me to focus on my clients rather than note-taking. The speaker identification and ability to download transcripts are incredibly useful. I work 100% remote. (Work from home), and my job requires me to be on the phone (thru desktop, like Softphone, Vanilla Soft, Five9 ect.) and I am reaching out to "High Level" executives, "C-Suite", State and Local Government Offices ect. In order to have any kind of success in my role, its imperative that when speaking with these individuals/Offices, there is no background distractions. That being said, I am also a full time "Mommy" to 6 young children. 5 Boys ages 14, 12, 9, 4, and 3... and 1 Girl who is now 8 months. Needless to say my hopes of long term employment were all but crushed. However I found the Krisp APP and it was a GAMECHANGER!! It blocks out EVERYTHING and EVERYONE else's voice/crying while I'm on phone, so well in fact that my baby can be throwing a fit 2ft away from me, and the person on the other end of phone never hears a peep. I have used Krisp since early 2020. This product works. I had a housekeeper vacuuming behind me while on a Zoom call, and my clients were blissfully unaware. The new AI and recording features are great, but are a fringe benefit on top of an already solid product base. I love how easy it is to manage and implement, as well as how tightly it integrates with my system and the other online meeting ecosystems I use on a daily basis. I've been hsing Krisp since when it was only a noise reduction app. So it has been years.

Krisp has been very helpful for me. Specially regarding client meetings. Since English is not my native language, the tool really helps me after the meetings.

Our home is quite small, and it tends to be noisy, so the noise cancellation feature is really helpful especially when attending meetings or making recordings. The auto note taker is also a bit of a time saver and you can keep your hands free while attending meetings while letting Krisp take the minutes of the meeting. Sometime participant first names is something totally different, good you have search and replace, this helps. But it is interesting if the tool would be able detect that you are talking to participant, and tool will make sure it uses correct name, using participant name...
