Its great that with ringover connected to our CRM and VOIP phone systems I can use any devise, including mobile, and the call record updates the CRM client activity record. When a contact calls in the call opens the client record so thatyou can pick up on activity data seamlessly. In a client record the telephone contact is highlighted as a Ringover integration and making a call is as simple as clicking the phone number.With ring over connected to all my devices calls reach me wherever I am and the internal directory allows me to connect to team mates and internal departments quickly.
