What do you like best about Ringover?

Its great that with ringover connected to our CRM and VOIP phone systems I can use any devise, including mobile, and the call record updates the CRM client activity record. When a contact calls in the call opens the client record so thatyou can pick up on activity data seamlessly. In a client record the telephone contact is highlighted as a Ringover integration and making a call is as simple as clicking the phone number.With ring over connected to all my devices calls reach me wherever I am and the internal directory allows me to connect to team mates and internal departments quickly. What do you dislike about Ringover?

What do you like best about Ringover?

What do you dislike about Ringover?

One suggestion we have from an admin perspective is to allow more flexibility and control for the account administrator. Currently, the license email and admin email are treated as the same, which can be limiting in larger teams. It would be better if the admin user had full control over settings, team management, and billing access, without needing to use the same email as the license owner. I love the Ringover solution for expanding my insurance brokerage business because it's the best I've found. I am satisfied with its ability to allow me to call prospects and converse with my clients easily. The possibility of having multiple numbers and calling from a landline or mobile is extremely useful. Moreover, I find the setup very quick and simple, which has been a considerable advantage. What do you dislike about Ringover?

Terrible experience with ringover from the start. You have to pay upfront for a year and we complained about the background noise from the start and they continued to tell us it was on our end until they finally admitted that they had a problem. We have already paid and they're not willing to do anything for us.

I don't know how this company is still in business when Zoom phones are a third of the price. Definitely do not recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
