What do you like best about Lawmatics?

Lawmatics is an all-in-one platform that helps streamline our client communication, automate follow-ups, and track leads effectively. The interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to customize workflows to match our firm’s processes. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

While the reporting features are useful, I believe there’s room for improvement in audience targeting for campaigns. Currently, if you want to send an email to multiple audiences, you have to create and send separate emails for each. It would be much more efficient to choose multiple audiences for a single campaign send.

Additionally, editing an audience could be faster. When I go to check my audience, the system displays all contacts instead of just the selected group, which makes quick adjustments more time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lawmatics?

The experience and support has always been amazing with lawmatics, the automations work great, the new updates and patches make great changes to help quality-of-life xp. The best usage I had using lawmatics is the API, very complete and let you do a ton of stuff, even if the software itself doesn't have one thing or other I can tottally make up with it the API Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

The worst thing I would say is the lack of filters and organization tools. I would love to have periods when something happened, like, in this day/hour the lead went from this to this stage, or at that time this happened to the lead and I can filter the leads based on when this thing happened, like, "i want every lead that became SLR (custom tag) after X day" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lawmatics?

The most helpful thing about Lawmatics is the ease in terms of reviewing matters. I can look at one matter and see who left a note and when, if a client opens an email, if they have signed a document, send a text, and sometimes even all email correspondence! It is such a nice tool and so easy to navigate when looking directly at something. I use it everyday and hardly ever find any issues with the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

The only downside I can think of is the complexity of Lawmatics as a whole. When looking at specific matters it is very easy to navigate but when you want to explore deeper than that, say draft a document or set up notifications for text threads, it is quite hard to figure out how to do these things. Our law firm manages a very large caseload, and Lawmatics has continually evolved both their platform and their approach to ensure we get the most out of their service. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

The only drawback we have experienced with Lawmatics is that their SMS feature does not display any messages the client sends prior to the creation of their file. This has, at times, led to issues with upset clients. While Lawmatics does offer a third-party SMS integration that addresses this limitation, we prefer to have everything under one system rather than using additional third-party applications. What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I have used Lawmatics since the inception of my firm. During that time, there have been a lot of upgrades and additions to the program. I use it daily in my practice as my CRM, to keep record and notes of everyone that has scheduled an appointment, to send emails to potential clients, and to send out documents for electronic signature.

The program is very easy to use and the monthly webinars that the company provides to update clients on new features and how to use existing features is top notch.

What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I use Lawmatics because it is first and foremost an automation platform. There is the flexibility to automate virtually everything. All the other platforms I was using were too limited in terms of client intake, scheduling, document building, and etc. Lawmatics allowed me to create the customized, streamlined workflows that I wanted to keep me efficient, accurate, and on pace. The customer support (as long as you don't get the new AI), is extremely responsive, courteous, and helpful. And I really appreciate Lawmatic's attitude of always hearing feedback and improving. I get excited every time I get a new email announcing new features. And these emails come quite frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

While excelling at automation, marketing, CRM (which most other platforms have been weak), Lawmatics ironically has been weak where the other platforms are strong. This included billing, time tracking, document management, and integrations. Over time, Lawmatics has added many of these features, but in some cases they are still unrefined or lacking compared to other platforms. For example, Lawmatic's basica billing/time tracker currently doesn't allow a user to set custom billable rates on a matter-by-matter, or client-by-client basis. Lawmatic just added the ability to sync folders with OneDrive (which I've been wanting!!), but the feature doesn't let you select how the folders are named -- and unfortunately the folder names go as follows: [Prefix FirstName LastName], whereas I would go with [LastName, FirstName]. What do you like best about Lawmatics?

Lawmatics gives me all the functionality I need for managing my day-to-day, invoicing, marketing, and document assembly. I also especially appreciate the license structure which offers ample seats for small firm owners. And the customer service is top tier bar none. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

If you get into the nitty gritty, the way "Companies" are implemented is a bit clunky and inconsistent as compared with new features. But, like with the recent "emails" update, I imagine this is on the list for future improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lawmatics?

I really love the rapid customer service I get with Lawmatics and their team. The other day, I sent an email, and within 1 minute I got a detailed reply! I love their daily open office hours each day, and that I can hop on and join them every day, twice a day! It is so helpful to get on-demand answers and live help in a new fashion, where we can all join in and hear other customers... it is a very collaborative experience, and that we don't have to do silly phone trees or endless voicemails on the phone and terrible hold music while I wait to talk to a live person! What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

I think that their website design and user interface could use more bolded outlines for where buttons and boxes are, but other than the cosmetic design, the website and program does work well. There are so many features and it does integrate with MyCase now which is a plus! It is pretty easy to implement new reports and programs once you know where to find them. Easier to use over time. I do wish it truly had admin access levels where we can go in and manage our employee accounts with more ability instead of everyone being an admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lawmatics?

Once built out properly, Lawmatics makes it easy to ensure that every lead receives the same level of nurturing. We've also used it to build out Client Care pipelines that ensure that our hired clients are being serviced in a way that fosters a great relationship with our firm. I love the pipelines, SMS with clients, the automations - all of it. What do you dislike about Lawmatics?

The downside was that it would have been better if we had more support in developing the infrastructure up front. I realize that it may be challenging for them to do that in a way that doesn't just cost them a bunch of money, however, it would have been helpful to have better guidance on setting it up.
