Lokalise has made our localisation process much faster and more collaborative. As a marketer, I use it daily for communication assets across copy and design. It’s very easy to add team members and set up translators for specific languages (e.g. French, Spanish), and the workflow for assigning tasks is simple and efficient. I especially value the Figma plugin, which allows me to directly export/import assets without manual back and forth. The integration with our app is also excellent—if I upload a screenshot, Lokalise recognises the keys and instantly matches the translations. Notifications when tasks are completed help keep projects on track, and the new AI translation features are a great addition to speed up initial drafts. I believe Lokalise is brilliant, we can easily add new languages with minimal effort required from the developers. What is even more impressive is the live updates I can do on translations for most of our products (mobile for example), because there is no need for a new release, and this can be extremely helpful. And the suggested translations! They save me an insane amount of time, I still cross-reference them, check on different translation services and my own knowledge, but having a good starting point it's extremely helpful. I'm not sure if I got the options wrong but I would like to receive suggestion of translations even from other projects. Sometimes I know I have already used the same phrase or similar in another project but it won't be suggested Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* Ease of Use at Scale – Managing tens of thousands of translation strings across multiple languages is surprisingly smooth. The interface is intuitive, and batch operations, filters, and tagging make day-to-day management efficient.

* Seamless Translator Integration – The built-in support for connecting with 3rd-party translation studios is a huge time-saver. It streamlines the workflow, allowing us to send content for professional translation without leaving the platform.

Lokalise provides an excellent platform for managing multiple localization projects in one place. Its continuous localization capabilities are intuitive and make it easy to keep content up to date. Collaboration with linguists and language service providers is seamless, enabling faster turnaround times and fewer communication bottlenecks. The platform is straightforward to implement and integrates well with other tools in our workflow. Additionally, Lokalise regularly introduces new features, demonstrating a strong commitment to staying ahead in the localization industry. As a designer, I love the fact that Figma screens can be linked to Lokalise.

It gives translators visual context to choose the best copy, and I can easily bring the translations to Figma.

I also appreciate how fast customer support is to help you.

Asking for translations within Lokalise doesn't take too much time.

The tagging and platform system really help with the key separation per features and platform.

The Figma plugin could be a bit easier. It's better than before, but it could be even easier probably.

We've been using Lokalise as our TMS for a year now, and I'm extremely pleased with it. The UI is very easy to use, and can be customised to see everything you need and nothing you don't – this means a lot less switching between tabs or navigating submenus to find things. The ability to see all languages on the same page alone is a godsend for me!

One of the best things, though, is the support. We always get a reply within a few minutes, compared to a few days with our previous TMS, and they've been fantastic at answering our questions and helping us find solutions.

We build for web, Android, iOS, and TV, so features like universal placeholders and per-platform key names have been really valuable for us. They've allowed us to keep everything in a single project, which not only saves time, but also means our translations are always aligned across different platforms.

Lokalise also integrates really well with our existing workflows and tooling, and we've been able to automate quite a lot of the i18n process, which has saved our engineering teams a lot of time.

Some other features I really appreciate are Xliff export that preserves notes and screenshots, Slack notifications, multiple translation memories, and advanced contextual features. Currently, the translation memory section only allows you to import, export, or assign to projects. Removing individual TM entries can only be done on a per-key and per-language basis in the project editor itself. There's a lack of good TM management tools for Mac, so being able to easily manage the TM in one place inside Lokalise would be extremely useful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There might be a bit of learning curve when navigating around the web dashboard but just a day of exploring it and the APIs makes it very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EVERY time I had a question for the Lokalise support team they were on the ball and assisted me promptly. Does not matter if it was a big issue or a small one they take ownership of the task and follow through with it. When it gets to the end of day and the problem has not been resolved they will hand it over thoroughly and the next person seamlessly continue on the task. It's very intuitive, easy to use, it offers translations from three different sources and incorporates tags and placeholders in them. They are usually good quality and are easy to implement. I wish it was mobile-friendly, because right now I can only work on PC as the desktop mode on my phone makes it impossible to edit text because it zooms all the way in every time I try tapping the text to move the cursor. This is the only thing lacking! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lokalise helps distributed teams to be up to date with the translations. It has a simple interface that makes easy for multiple roles to use it. The tagging for the keys is good to keep all keys under a initiative easy to be filtered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
