What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Rocketlane has revolutionised out operations and reporting and we use it on a daily basis. It's user-friendly, it allows my Team to do things we've never been able to do before. The AI chat bot is one of the best I've seen and the Support Team who's ready to jump in if AI can't help is outstanding. They're very quick to respond. What do you like best about Rocketlane?

I was fascinated by the AI Fills feature. It’s saved me, so many times after long meetings—rather than spending extra hours writing notes, summaries, and follow-ups, the tool pulls out the key points and auto-generates everything into a template. Before, a one-hour meeting turned into an hour and a half of extra work. Now I just review what the AI generated, make a few tweaks, and I’m done. The promise of saving 10+ hours a week is something you can actually feel. I also love the variety of templates for everything—from onboarding and tracking to defining tasks with clear roles and deadlines. What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

One issue is that reminder notifications don’t always specify which project or task they’re tied to. I’ve been deep into a project when a reminder pops up, and after opening it I realize it doesn’t say which project or task it belongs to. What do you like best about Rocketlane?

We didn’t realize that we needed Rocketlane until we tried it, but now I feel like I’ve found it. The intuitive interface design gave me confidence from the first click; I knew that any member of my team could use it with ease. We were able to eliminate repetitive and tedious tasks with the use of customizable templates, and gained a new perspective by centralizing all our deadlines, milestones, projects and financial data. We have been able to eliminate many emails and give everyone a real-time view of progress through the client portal. In a once chaotic place, it provided us with peace and clarity. Its collaborative, customer experience-oriented design works very well with our onboarding procedures, software installations, project management including outside clients. Dealing with the client to reach the project goal is among the most crucial elements. Without having to go over every detail, I can change what each section views and maintain client updates. Real-time tracking technology enabled us to foresee possible issues and resolve them before they disrupted the plans. -No logging on Rocketlane Automations, whether they ran or not.

-No logging on if emails are being sent from Rocketlane without having to go through Support.

-No current native functionality to re-send customer invites to a Project if they haven't accepted it.

-No ability to upload an attachment to a Task via API.

What do you like best about Rocketlane?

Finally, a project management tool designed for implementation projects! It is easy to use and easy to configure to meet your use cases, even if you have multiple, unique use cases within your org. The more you use it, the more you can streamline projects because of the visibility it provides, the ease of use, and the automations and AI features. It was so successful we literally had other teams in the org asking to move their work into Rocketlane. As a leader, it was great to be able to give my team the autonomy to improve their projects by enhancing templates and ever improving the system, because it was that easy to use. What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

It can’t do everything, obviously. It would be nice to have some excel like functions in the doc space, but that is probably coming. The fact is, by the time you find something you don’t like, there is usually a solution on the roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
