I think it's quite a comprehensive tool for orchestrating elaborate user engagement campaigns. It covers all the major channels one could expect to work with and provides access to a community of like-minded professionals where you could exchange knowledge. It does require a somewhat steep learning curve to get started and get one to launch some impactful initiatives. I love the new updates and optimisations, however, it's a bit jarring to log in and have everything changed when you've got a job to do. Some type of communications (whether it's an email ;) ) or maybe some info pop ups (or an IAM) letting us know what is updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
