What do you like best about DemandTools?

The weekly training schedule is such a valuable tool for someone who just joined the platform. You are able to solve your problems while also hearing and getting ideas from other customers in a small group environment. It was very helpful as we onboarded the tools. What do you dislike about DemandTools?

I wish when working through the app you could have multiple instances open. It does not impact how useful the tool is, it would just be nice to be able to do a side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandTools?

One of my favorite outcomes using Demand Tools is targeting duplicate issues at the source. Duplicate records cause frustrations on every level - BDR's, Sales Reps, Data Managers, etc. Demand Tools has helped us rid duplicate records at the source so our teams spend more time prospecting and selling. "DemandTools makes data cleanup Easy-Breezy!"

What do you like best about DemandTools?

I like the versatility of DemandTools. Pretty much any data cleanup or manipulation that we need to complete can be done inside DemandTools. The ability to schedule jobs to run automatically ensures that our data is clean in accurte all day long. I love the Validity User Community which was recently added. This is an amazing place to brainstorm or troubleshoot with other users. It has saved me a LOT of frustration! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandTools?

When first learning how to use the product, it can take time to learn which features achieve what end goal. Some of them are not worded as easily to understand exactly what they will do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of data that comes in to our CRM in a format different from how we store it. For instance, country code. We store 2 characters and many either have 3 characters or the whole name spelt out. DemandTools scheduling makes updating this data simple and hands off. I been using Demand tools from very long for different clients and always recommonded for admin to get the tool for lot of merging,comparision,vlookup directly with salesforce and lot other features like email verification .Lot of capabilites and they keep increasing the features. "Most intuitive feature for data management"

What do you like best about DemandTools?

There are so many amazing tools in this software like data merging, editing, matching, unifying and many more which all helps you to properly manage all the data and creating most analytical reports of the same. Business workflow and processing can be automated with this tool. Most amazing thing is its integration process with other similar softwares is quite easy and interesting, you can easily import and upload data from other websites and softwares which you can use for campaigning.

Its scheduling workflow feature is also amazing and time saving at the same time, which completes your workflow with zero errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandTools?

No calling feature with its support team is available, which results in delay in customer support.
