I do appreciate the scores (RFM, MLR, ACQ, PGID) that it provides to us. The screening results have been helpful.

It is frustrating that the information we get in the profiles on giving, etc. is often listed as low quality and it's up to us to determine whether or not it is applicable.
The process for loading the data into Raiser's Edge 7 (this may very well be a Raiser's Edge thing and not a Donor Search thing) took an inordinate amount of time, even when it was loaded straight through the server into RE. I also disliked that the Acquisition Score and Planned Giving scores did not have a load into RE. In the case of Planned Giving, this forces us to compare information from two different systems before sending out correspondence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
