The integration feature for meta where we can push RT audiences directly into platform is something we can only do with Illumin today. They also have dedicated account managers and sales teams that support campaign ideation, set up and delivery as if they were always a part of your team to begin with. Honestly the best part of working with Illumin has been the team of Chris Carmody & Stefen Shields. I worked with them on a different campaign with a different agency and when I got the opportunity to launch something new with Illumin and Digital Ignite they immediately reached out, reconnected and supported me in the same way I had come to expect and value from my previous experience. Regardless of features or performance I'll always give those two a chance to win our business because of the level of support they provide throughout planning and execution of campaigns as well as the ongoing optimizations, customizations and extra value they provide. The audiences & performance in general for ROAS/Revenue based campaigns is behind other programmatic channels at times. Great results from cross-channel activities for CPM control and volume of impressions, but the optimization toward a tangible business outcome like a purchase doesn't convert as well as other tactics.
