We appreciate your feedback on print speed and will certainly look into ways to improve this aspect on the software side for a better user experience. However most printer speeds are based on the printer - definitely feel free to work with us on what type of badges and design you need, maybe we can recommend a faster printer (those full color printers will always take several additional seconds no matter how fast we send the badge to print).

Thank you for your positive feedback about our live chat support! We're always here to help, even when you're experiencing a product challenge. We've done a lot to overhaul our CSV imports, and are introducing more capabilities soon, like being able to edit right from the platform to be able to upload a sheet seamlessly. We'd love to hear more about what specifics you had trouble with as it sounds like it might just be a column header issue if you weren't able to upload the whole attendee report. About the challenge you faced with rearranging sessions - it sounds like you were setting up the sessions as "Main Stage" sessions. Main Stage sessions only allow one session to stream at a time (no overlap). However if you do have sessions that overlap in time, we have our "Regular Sessions" where you can have as many concurrent/overlapping sessions as you want! However we understand how important flexibility is in managing event schedules, and we'll take your feedback on board to see how we can improve in this area moving forward especially as we introduce bulk editing on the sessions.
