What do you like best about Accelevents?

The absolute best thing about this platform is the people behind it. The staff who work on the Chat section are such helpful people! I loved knowing they were there 24/7 to help with every problem I had. Oh, and the engineers behind them were very responsive too. What do you dislike about Accelevents?

What do you like best about Accelevents?

Accelevents is the most robust and user friendly option I have found after exploring many online event platforms. From setting up the agenda, speakers, virtual exhibit hall, and ticketing....everything is incredibly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

It can take a bit of "team effort" if also using an outside audio visual company for livestreaming to the Accelevents platform, as the timing of the video feed to the platform can be off by a few seconds, but the support team at Accelevents has always been amazing. What do you like best about Accelevents?

Top three would be 1) the service - from initial contact, first-time user, and follow-up - I felt completely confident in the Accelevents team. Timely, helpful, sincere responses. 2) user-friendly, and getting friendlier - don't need a ton of learning or training to get started quickly and execute successfully. 3) Customizable and lots of options - can bend it to my specific needs and their team is very good at helping you be creative. What do you dislike about Accelevents?

Nothing I felt like, 'oh no, what is this?! ' The few thoughts and suggestions I had have workarounds, have been implemented or are on the road map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accelevents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using accelevents saves me time by giving me all the information from my attendees where, how and when I need it. It also allows me to engage and communicate with them via the white label app before, during and post event, on demand. "Easy to Manage, Easy for Attendees"

What do you like best about Accelevents?

1) It gives event administrators the right amount of control to design your event while providing a good interface for attendees. We have been very pleased with the ease-of-use for our attendees too -- no software to download for attendees.

2) Their support team is fast, and the knowledge base website has answers to most questions.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

The gamification aspect could be improved in the platform. It's not bad, but it could be better by incorporating the entire event instead of just sections of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best platform for running in-person conferences."

What do you like best about Accelevents?

Ease of use. Everything you need is in one platform so you don't have to figure out how to connect all these others tools. We used to use Cvent which was fine but it felt like everything was disconnected. In Accelevents, everything from the mobile app to the badge printing works well together and feels like one experience. It kind of reminds me of using HubSpot. The support is also top notch. They're available whenever you have a question. Even at 1am the night before the event. We host 8-10 events per year. Our largest event is between 3,500-4,000 attendees. We used the Kiosk functionality and badge printing for check-in. We had 20 kiosks configured since everyone shows up within about a 90 minute window. Everything went perfect. No lines.

Accelevents allows us to set all of our branding which keeps our design team happy. When we used Cvent, we would constantly have to ask Cvent support to implement changes that we could not do ourselves. With Accelevents, we can do everything on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

When we started working with Accelevents the mobile app left something to be desired but they launched a new version of the app about a month ago and it is MUCH better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Removed all worries - Allowed us to focus on throwing the best event"

What do you like best about Accelevents?

We hosted our first-ever virtual conference on Accelevents (March 2023).

As a founder and moderator of the event, my biggest goal was to 'not fail'. Everything else was secondary.

I've seen the horror stories of speakers encountering issues joining sessions or users being locked out of a platform.

The entire time we planned our event, the Accelevents team supported us and assured us that the event would go perfectly. They answered our questions, talked through pain points, and even walked us through features we didn't realize existed.

They entirely removed the uneasiness we had planning our first-ever virtual event.

The alternative to Accelevents we considered was to use a platform that could stream content to LinkedIn and YouTube live. For our event, we wanted an experience where attendees could block out distractions and learn about data for 4 hours straight.

Accelevents provided the exact experience we were looking for.

Here are some of the favorite features highlighted by our team and by attendees (in the post-conference survey we sent out):

- Hands-on support

- Speaker profiles + images

- Main stage sessions that are easy for users to transition from talk to talk

- The chat (I didn't expect this to be used, but there was a VERY active conversation taking place the entire time)

- Surveys and emails (I didn't realize you can't send emails to 800 people from your inbox... Accelevents has native capabilities to help)

- An easy-to-use API to power dashboards while the event occurs and after.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

We made a trade-off when we picked Accelevents. There were two paths:

1) Stream content live (so people could join sessions live) via LinkedIn or YouTube as they happen

2) Create a conference-like experience where people need to sign up beforehand, log in, and participate

We chose the second path, and the feedback from participants and speakers was great.

That being said, it does mean you need to do more marketing for the event upfront, and you might see less engagement on the day of the event vs. streaming live on social.

The ways we are making up for this is by:

- Taking the session recordings directly from Accelevents (super easy to download) and uploading them to YouTube

- Creating shorter clips (1-2 minutes) that we share on LinkedIn that we can use to push people to our YouTube channel

As a CEO or marketing team, you need to know which path you're taking.

If you want a conference experience where people feel like they are participating in an actual event, Accelevents is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
