What do you like best about BigMarker?

The best thing about using BigMarker is how reliable and easy it is to use for hosting webinars and virtual events. The platform is stable, the interface is intuitive, and it doesn’t require much technical setup, which makes running live sessions stress-free.

Many users also appreciate the strong customisation options for branding, the quality of the video and audio, and the seamless attendee experience. Features like automated webinars, detailed analytics, and email reminders make it easy to manage the entire event process from one place.

What do you dislike about BigMarker?

What do you like best about BigMarker?

I really appreciate how user-friendly it is, especially for Project Managers like myself. Managing numerous clients means I need to regularly check the status of their webinars, and I’m grateful that this platform makes the process so straightforward. At times, the platform experiences glitches and offers limited customization options, which can be a drawback for clients, particularly those representing luxury brands who often seek more tailored solutions. BigMarker Makes Webinars Effortless!

BigMarker has been one of the best platforms we've used for webinars. It's intuitive for both attendees and producers, and the team is responsive to feedback and constantly improving the experience. Special shoutout to Aaron Noah—he’s always available and quick to troubleshoot. We meet regularly and he truly takes the time to make sure we understand what has changed and how that will impact us. What do you like best about BigMarker?

I like that we can track everything our customers are doing within the webinar. It is nice there is a tool to auto mute everyone. I like that once we create the webinar if we have it setup properly our team can run the webinars and we don't have to be there. It does automate a lot of stuff with us like the emails, handouts, etc. I dont have to do as much on the producer side of things like i did when we were on another platform. Once it is setup it is pretty simple to use! We use the product every single month.. some months maybe only 3 webinars and others there are a lot more. Our Customer Success Manager, Aaron is always so quick to respond and help us!! He has been awesome throughout our entire time with Big Marker!! I can email Aaron and he gets back to me so quickly! We love fast service as well as a main person to talk to at a company and not a service team to have to reach out to. The integration was fairly easy... i mean it was a lot of work but once you do it and understand it, it is now way easier for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigMarker?

I think the hardest part is all of the settings. Obviously their team will walk you through it all but it's hard to know what you might want and don't know it's there or don't know to ask for it. I think the hardest part is we want the webinars to work a specific way and they don't. So we have work arounds that enable us to still use it. I think we are an odd business case as how we need the webinars to happen...... for example I wish I could go into our series and say add a webinar every Friday from this day to this day at 10am and then i just enter in the titles. However, i have to go in and create each webinar separately. Not a big deal but i can make it work :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
