What do you like best about Factors.AI?

It helps monitor what accounts and people are visiting my website. Monitors and identifies more website visits than competitors - that's why we chose this.

Factors really helped us understand how well our efforts were getting prospects onto the website. We are able to use the slack alerts to go after companies who are visiting our website, and identify people within ICP to do personalized reachout.

If we were to use automations like Clay/Smartlead, we can fully automate the reachout to website visitors.

Factors helped convert our first-party intent flow into a pipegen channel easily.

What do you dislike about Factors.AI?

Bit complex to navigate around the product. Need to improve on usability. But I feel that's on purpose - their customizable reports and dashboards functionality is a plus over competitors.

More made for a dedicated Marketing Ops person rather than a generalist. Can be really powerfull for a marketing driven GTM motion, but we have more of a sales driven motion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factors.AI?

Provides me with the number of times a company has visited my website and where they are spending time. It was easy to setup and they have supported very promptly for any questions I've had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factors.AI?

It's a little annoying to have to click into a company on list of several hundred visitors to see their web activity and then press back for the page view to reset itself - there's no option to load on a separate web page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factors.AI?

- Website deanonisation.

- LinkedIn company engagement reports.

- Integration with Slack for Alerts.

- Account scoring and classifying into Hot, warm, luke warm, cold.

- There is no other tool available at this cost, giving as many features that help marketers with numerous data points assisting in Sales alignment.

- Moreover, their 6sense powered data helps in identifying the firmographics of the companies looking at linkedin ads and visiting the website as well.

What do you dislike about Factors.AI?

What do you like best about Factors.AI?

A practical and cost-effective tool to understand the journey of website visitors and deanonymise leads.

Their customer service team is exceptional. Isheeta and Niramjan provide incredible support. We are only a small team but with their help and guidance we are exploring martech integrations within Factors to automatically obtain leads' contact information. The platform interface could be more user friendly - it seems to be geared towards practical analysis rather than ease of use.

Attribution at the account level, Integration's with almost all the well know markteing tools for automations, easy to use, good customer support and reporting dashabords, we can do path analysis, account scoring, content groups setup, linkedin ads and G2 engaged accounts analysis and much more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factors.AI?

As of now, I face the challenge of finding the campaign name of the lead when we check at the account level. LinkedIn ads touchpoint perspective, it would be great if we could see the campaign name as well for a better understanding of which campaign is working for me. Factors.ai's visitor account identification makes it super easy to track & identify companies that visit our website, their account scoring helps us prioritize high intent accounts based on engagement, activity.

Real time slack alerts helps our BDR team stay on top of these accounts and convert them in to pipeline.

1. De-anonymization feature works much better for USA & European regions than India, MENA and SEA (which are our main targets).

Factors has helped us get confidence in our outbound initiatives. It's great to know how our target accounts are interacting with our website and LinkedIn. Helped us narrow down who to reach out to and what to say.
