I find the user interface to be sleek, easy to understand and navigate, and it helps me stay organized with mounds of digital collateral and saves me time finding what I want in a click or two. I use it daily to find and share collateral and to create Sales Rooms to keep me and my clients on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Duplicate management of assets can be confusing (in between Bynder and Highspot), or at least not evident; an opportunity area I would highlight is as a user, getting notifications at the moment of replacing/archiving assets by using Bynder, and then with the sync occurs every 24 hrs, get the same notification with one unique ID that enables us to verify what was archived in Bynder it will not effectively appear later in Bynder as a consequence, examples: for Videos, Win Slides (Epicor Champion Circle Spot).

Inconsistencies with no previous notification about how the Pitches (that belong to a spot) are shown through the Spot Score Card. For example, if I need to switch back to a previous quarter's results and adjust the same time frames as I did in the previous quarter, it won't show the same numbers.
