What do you like best about Instantly?

I like that instantly can handle large scale email campaigns without worrying about deliverability. the automation for inbox rotation, warm up and sending limits makes outreach very smooth and saves a lot of manual work. The most helpful part is the detailed reporting. It shows clear data like open rates, replies, and bounce rates, which I can easily use for analysis and integrate with other BI dashboards. What do you dislike about Instantly?

Sometimes, I feel the reporting options are a bit limited for advanced use cases. I would prefer more flexible APIs and deeper data access for custom analysis. The downside is that while it is excellent for non-technical users, technical teams may find it restrictive when they need advanced integrations or highly customised workflows. What do you dislike about Instantly?

Template library could use richer collaboration features (versioning, approvals) for larger teams.

Reporting exports are good, but more granular cohort analysis (by ICP, offer, or CTA variant) would save time.

Native enrichment is limited; relying on external tools is fine, but tighter, bidirectional syncs would be great.

What do you like best about Instantly?

I love that Instantly lets me reach the right people directly. With Facebook ads I was only getting “gmail” type leads and zero replies. With Instantly, I can contact CEOs, founders, and managers in the construction niche, and they actually reply and show interest in our lifting equipment. The multi-inbox management, warm-up, and personalization tools make it easy to run campaigns across different sub-niches like HVAC, glazing, and steel fabrication. What do you like best about Instantly?

We test new products and campaigns with instantly.ai . Trustworthy technical setup, deliverability tests, and proper workflows allows us to integrates with our CRM, and any other app trough make.com

Also what's convenient that email marketing infrastructure is easy to scale and cheap. And even without lots of technical knowledge it makes easy to implement simple yet profound personalizations.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

Probably the super search, we found out that lists that were generated by Copilot or by supersearch were not good enough. Where only 20% of the list fits our ICP.

What do you like best about Instantly?

Love how Instantly can warm up email domains, taking away all that manual work. Its also super easy to set up campaigns and integrates with Clay so I can just push my contacts from directly from Clay to instantly. The support has also gotten so good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I wish I could reply to a certain email in a thread. For example I typed an email address in wrong and got an auto reply, but I couldn't just fix the email address and reply back to the thread. Instantly would only let me reply back to to auto reply.

Also more of a personal preference, but I don't love the UI/UX of the unibox and I wish it integrated with HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instantly?

I run cold outreach with multiple DFY domains/inboxes, and Instantly’s team actually carried me through a messy situation end-to-end. After a Google sweep hit several DFY domains, support (shout-out to Gabby, Ahmed, Shahadat, Ryan, Alvin, and Ruth) replaced the affected domains at no cost, confirmed I should re-warm the new inboxes, and later restored 25 deleted accounts when I accidentally removed more than intended. They didn’t hide behind the bot—humans stepped in, explained what the warmup indicators mean (7-day window), and handled the back-office work until my dashboard was normal again. The product itself is solid for managing lots of inboxes, warmup, and deliverability checks, but the real win for me was how they stuck with the ticket until everything was fixed. What do you dislike about Instantly?

Back-office actions took longer than I hoped; a couple of updates slipped past the original “by end of day” estimate.

Suggestions: add a stronger confirmation/safety step for bulk deletions, a clearer warmup status panel (lifetime vs last-7-days), and a visible SLA timer on restoration/replacement tasks so expectations are set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instantly?

There is just simply no limit from instantly, as soon as you get the right subscription (growth plan) the only limitation for your cold-outreach success will be you. From instantly's side you have everything you need, even more than you need. In the last month I asked the support more than 20 questions, most of them where just questions, every single question was answered.

So there is nothing you wont find on instantly, if you use it you will never have problems again with any feature or whatever related to software. You can focus on what matters: copy, lead list,...

What do you like best about Instantly?

I like that it's easy to use and to setup. I like the deliverability of the emails (it's not the only tool I use and I can compare). I like the integration with Hubspot and the ease with which I can import lists of leads annd also the ease of export. I also like the AI bot that answers my questions - easy, fast, at any hour. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I currently use the Growth plan. The thing I dislike most is the 1000 contacts cap for this plan. I would have understood a lot better a limitation of uploading maximum 1000 contacts per month. And there is no smaller step up to the next paid plan, or up the contact number increase.

I also dislike that I cannot push the lead status automatically from Instantly to HubSpot or Apollo using the Growth plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instantly?

I’ve been using instantly.ai for my cold email outreach, and it has completely changed the way I run campaigns. The platform is super intuitive, and I was able to get up and running in minutes. What do you dislike about Instantly?

One thing I’d like to see improved is the learning curve around advanced features. While the basics are super intuitive, some of the more powerful options (like deliverability warmup settings or advanced campaign logic) could use clearer guides or in-app tooltips. What do you like best about Instantly?

Instantly is for me the Apple of Cold Outreach tools.

Easy to use, intuitive, minimal clicks/steps to get stuff done, and things just work.

I love how I can get Done-For-You domains and emails - again with minimal clicks. And on top of that, at cheaper prices than I can get myself. Super easy.

It is a red thread throughout the tool that it is easy to use. From the setup, warmup, campaign setups, etc.

And obviously, if I didn't get good deliverability, I wouldn't use it, no matter the UX.

But I keep coming to the same conclusion over and over again - Instantly is the best tool.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

The one thing I can put my finger on, is that the support when you are on the basic plan - can be a bit slow. You certainly get help, but you don't have priority support. Once you move to the bigger plans - Hypergrowth and above, that goes away with priority support.
