Lemlist makes it easy to build personalised outreach at scale. The deliverability features are excellent – the warmup, inbox rotation, and best-practice guidance all improved open rates for us. I like how simple it is to add personalisation tokens, images, and variables, and the campaign analytics make it clear what’s working so we can iterate quickly. There’s not much I dislike. The reporting is solid but I’d like even more granular insights into engagement, like click heatmaps or more advanced breakdowns of reply types. The biggest disappointment is that there isn’t a dedicated mobile app. It would be really helpful to make small edits, check replies, or review analytics when away from the desk. What I don’t like is that the payment methods often give problems. Sometimes they glitch, get stuck or are really slow, and this creates a lot of frustration. I've used LemList in my last two companies now and found their data to be some of the most accurate in the market. The UX of the platform is also brilliant, making it super easy to pull together multi-channel campaigns. Their AI capabilities are also excellent and have come along way in the last 6-12 months.
