What do you like best about Levitate?

We had a list of features and processes we wanted a program/app to do for us. We watched demo after demo and before the Levitate demo was even over my daughter looked at me and said how quick can they sign us up? It not only checked off every box on our list it had additional benefits, processes, that are already making our work more efficient. Every one of the Levitate employees we have talked with so far have been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It isn't just the awesome system they developed, it's the smiling faces here to help that really make it a great company. Now to what it does for us. Through a Zapier integration it automatically keeps up with our new customers, always adding them to our customer list in Levitate. From there we can run email campaigns, social media, or printed thank you type card campaigns. We can also ask for Google Reviews, respond to Google Reviews, and use AI directly there on the site to help us respond in an appropriate manner. We are also getting set up to send text messages as well. It's a very well thought-out and run company. Amazing. Oh, and I should mention that it was so fast and easy to get set up. They did it with us and it only took 15-30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Another thing I should mention is the customer support. Even if Morgan is in Zoom meetings all day, she manages to reply to me emails while I'm learning the system. Super grateful for their help. What do you dislike about Levitate?

We haven't found any yet. We dove right in and the stuff we didn't understand or figure out (not much, i'ts very intuitive) they jumped right in to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Levitate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now able to mass email our customers and through the use of customer tags we can email certain segments of our customer base, pre schedule email campaigns, get helpful ideas for subject matter that helps us create email campaigns, post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time, respond to Google reviews with the help of an AI tool etc... What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate's features give me time back in my day. Clients can easily scheudle meetings, I can send personalized email on a mass scale, and it sends me reminders for important tasks Levitate also offers insightful and timely content that I can send to clients. If you are not great at learning new technology, Levitate's customer service team is amazing. "So easy to use and learn!"

What do you like best about Levitate?

We mostly use Leviate for social media scheduling. We are starting to use it more for DRIP campaigns. We love how easy the reports are to finds and view. The integration with Salesforce has been very smooth. It was very easy to set up our socual media account to scheudle posts. What do you dislike about Levitate?

Levitate requires significant effort from the company user, and the content generated by AI smacks of the worst of the 21st century - cold and depersonalized emailed content that doesn't represent the family vibe of smaller businesses. Integrations with business software are clunky, and actual use of the platform in my company has been limited due to the necessity of weekly attention to the programming. What do you like best about Levitate?

What do you like best about Levitate?

We love the pre-created templates. We really enjoy the automatic birthday emails. We love the card sending capability. The calendar view makes things easy to manage different campaigns! It integrates wonderfully with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easier to contact clients"

What do you like best about Levitate?

I love the texting feature! It allows my clients to ask me quick questions or tell me if they are running late for a meeting. I also really enjoy the campaign feature. You can add your logo to social posts natively in Levitate (new feature alert!) But, that said, we totally understand wanting more flexibility, and it makes perfect sense that you're customizing things in Canva to match your full brand aesthetic . I like that Levitate does all the basic stuff such as birthday and holiday emails & social media, but they also have timely news updates as well as the ability to custom your own campaigns.
