What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate is one specialized platform for all your digital campaigning and advertising work. Helping in many ways to reach to good number of leads and clients easily.

This software will help you to keep a constant and reliable relation with all your online and offline customers seamlessly. And will also some time helps in building new relations too.

Platform has a very simple to use and user friendly interface to work with and have many incredible features and plugins in this.

It includes so many versatile AI tools in this which leads to automate your workflow, schedule posts, ads and reach to more people easily. Even the versatile editing tools help to designs, edit and modify the marketing posts and publish them on social media handles.

What do you dislike about Levitate?

What do you like best about Levitate?

My customer service person/associate Sophia M. is always so knowledgeable. She helps me set up my quarterly campaigns, she makes me feel like she remembers me every time we speak, she advises me of new products/services, but it never feels sales-y. What do you like best about Levitate?

As a staff of one, having Levitate as a creative partner has been a game-changer! The user-friendly platform has allowed me to automate my social posts and personalize and segment my emails with just a few clicks. I have a dedicated support person who helps brainstorm and bring my ideas to life. An AI component helps me fine-tune emails and experiment with tone (lighthearted, serious, humorous, etc.). What do you dislike about Levitate?

The only problem I've run into was collecting RSVPs for an event. Something went wrong on the back end and I ended up collecting them manually, but that was an uncommon glitch. I will try again and fully expect it to work next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate makes it easy to send personalized emails that look like they come directly from me, which has significantly improved our open and engagement rates compared to traditional HTML-formatted emails. I also really appreciate the automation features, which help us stay in touch with supporters consistently without extra manual work. As a nonprofit organization, this has been especially helpful in keeping our communications warm and genuine without overloading our small team. What do you dislike about Levitate?

What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate has become an essential tool for our team at Meals on Wheels Erie. It has completely transformed the way we plan, create, and schedule our social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and interactive, making it easy (and even fun!) to stay on top of our communications. The customer support is top-notch. Regular check-ins with our Success Specialist, Tommy, keeps us up to date with all the new options and trainings. The redesign team has made our personalized communications and newsletters look and feel exactly the way we like.

Since implementing Levitate, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in our fundraising capacity—so much so that the software more than pays for itself. It allows us to maintain consistent outreach and connect more meaningfully with our supporters.

If I had to name one downside, it would be that making changes to some of the customized offerings can be a bit cumbersome, since they require help from the Levitate team rather than being editable on my end. What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate has some great content with a wide variety to choose from that lets me improve my regular client contact. So far, feedback has been positive from my clients. The content varies widely from amusing posts to important financial updates and reminders. Its easy to use on a regular basis and there is not a steep learning curve. What do you dislike about Levitate?

The long lead time to implement my new website is the only major negative Ive had so far. Ive had to wait several months for the website team to catch up to their backlog and I still dont have the site yet but Im hoping it will be worth the wait once it is done. I wish making a call to customer support was easier but they have been quick to respond to emails. One other problem I have is that Levitate has started having problems with my email integration and is making me reintegrate frequently. I hope this is solved soon. What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate has been a game-changer for our firm. Its content distribution capabilities are outstanding, allowing us to easily share newsletters, personalized emails, and social media posts across multiple platforms from a single, intuitive dashboard. The scheduling and automation features save us a significant amount of time while keeping our outreach consistent and professional.

We also love how Levitate integrates with our legal practice management software, CLIO. This integration simplifies contact management, ensuring that our client lists stay updated automatically without manual data entry. The ability to tag, segment, and personalize communications based on client status or practice area has made our marketing efforts much more targeted and effective.

Levitate also has a dedicated support person assigned to each account. This has allowed us to address questions and concerns quickly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on our marketing priorities.

What do you like best about Levitate?

Levitate makes staying in contact with our clients so much easier! We could reach out and check in on our clients throughout the year, and we used Levitate multiple times a month. And, if we ever needed help, the support team was always ready to help! It was easy to integrate them with our management system. They did most, if not all, of the work for us. Levitate later started offering social media posting, website designing, and even text messaging! Implementing them into our agency and everyday workflow was a simple process. Year after year, Levitate continued to have a price increase every time it came to renewing our annual subscription. Also, as they grew, their services seemed less personable.
