"Good software, but unnecessarily inflexible pricing for small teams"
What do you like best about Process Street?

I really enjoy making workflows to delegate tasks in the daily operations of my business. They do a good job with advanced logic, ownership of tasks, due dates, color coding, and integrations. It's a powerful tool. Great for creating workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

It's a shame that they are very inflexible on prices. Additionally, the cost structure is highly misleading. They claim it's $20 per user per month. I would gladly pay $20 per user for my small business of 2 people. However, it's not actually $20 per user. Rather they force you to pay for 5 users, so it's $100 per month. For most businesses, this likely won't be an issue. For me and my two-man operation, it was frustrating and disappointing that they were not willing to be flexible, or even attempt to be flexible. "The best project and process management tool for recurring tasks"
What do you like best about Process Street?

Process Street combines power with simplicity. I like that I can assign roles, set approvals, and use conditional logic without it feeling overwhelming. The workflows are flexible and automation-ready, but the interface still feels as easy as checking off a task list. It also gives me the access controls and audit-ready features I need for compliance-heavy work, without sacrificing usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

There is an initial learning curve, and it takes some time to unlock its full potential. That said, the support team is excellent; they’re responsive, hands-on, and make sure you’re set up correctly and confident using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps our workflows organized and repeatable"
What do you like best about Process Street?

We rely on Process Street to standardize and document our recurring workflows. At TypeWell, we have a small team managing a wide range of projects — from technical support to training operations to software development — and Process Street helps us capture the right steps, assign responsibilities, and ensure consistency and accountability.

It was easy to implement our first few workflows for the most common tasks, and then we started using it daily and now I have other people on the team who are developing their own workflows or optimizing/updating them as processes evolve.

The platform is easy to learn and adapt as our processes evolve. Features like conditional logic and form fields keep things flexible while still providing structure. We also appreciate that team members can quickly get up to speed if workflows are reassigned, or if someone takes time off and needs coverage. They can simply follow established workflows rather than relying on institutional memory.

Their customer support is excellent! Their team is fast, thorough, accurate, and exceptionally sharp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

The native automation features work well for straightforward processes, but anything involving multiple systems or custom triggers often requires integrating additional external tools (like Zapier or Make), which adds complexity and cost.

On busy workflows with lots of steps or assignees, the notification stream can feel overwhelming. It takes some tweaking to get the right signal-to-noise ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Team Checklist Tool"
What do you like best about Process Street?

We've been using it for a while now, mainly for keeping track of routine stuff between different teams, and it's worked out pretty well. It's a solid tool, but it's not without a few quirks.

Process Street is a fantastic solution for executing those relatively simple checklists. We use it, for instance, for our new hires, and it's quite helpful. HR handles the contract, I set up their accounts, and the team lead takes care of the onboarding and hardware. The collaboration features are solid. It’s easy to see who has added what, assign a specific task to someone, and the comment system, which sends an automatic email, is great for keeping me in the loop without having to constantly log in.

Creating a new checklist is a breeze, especially if you stick to the basics. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and it's easy to get a workflow up and running quickly. I was also pleased to find that Process Street has an AI tool now to help with checklist creation, which is a neat feature, even though I haven't needed it yet. It shows they're focused on making the platform even more user-friendly. I also appreciate that there are a ton of advanced features we aren't using right now, but it's good to know they're there if our needs grow in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

My main issue with Process Street comes down to two things: a steep learning curve for complex logic and the pricing. While creating basic checklists is easy, trying to build any kind of complex conditional logic is a whole different story. It’s a lot of trial-and-error to get it right, and it can be a bit frustrating.

The other big sticking point is the cost. It can feel pretty expensive, especially since we're not even scratching the surface of the advanced features we're paying for. You pay per user, and while they do offer free guest users, they're pretty limited in what they can do. If you have a large team where a lot of people only need to check off a task every once in a while, the price tag just doesn’t make sense. It’s a real barrier for us and probably for a lot of other companies with many infrequent users. Maybe something with a more flexible pricing model, like based on tasks, could be a better fit.

My experience with customer support is also abit mixed. Some cases were handled great, with support engineers walking me through all the steps to get it working, while other cases where dismissed with a generic "see the support documentation here" and a link to an article that didn't really address my issue. "A user friendly and powerful ally for any business"
What do you like best about Process Street?

I love how Process Street makes it so straightforward to dot the Is and cross the Ts, especially when it comes to highly detailed work like onboarding new staff and other similar processes. You can modify their pre-made templates to suit your needs or build your own from scratch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

I find it frustrating that the analytics you can access for each workflow template cannot be customised so you can fixate on the results of a completed workflow (e.g. employee satisfaction results). In addition to this, it is easy to accidentally pick up and move a workflow item out of the intended position that you have to keep moving back. With all this said, these are two minor areas that, knowing Process Street, are likely to address over the coming months/years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Process Street: Excellent for Internal Processes, Room to Grow on Customer-Facing Forms"
What do you like best about Process Street?

Process Street excels at creating detailed workflow management with multiple layers of tasks. Since implementing it in July 2024, we've built customer-facing intake forms that trigger internal workflows, which then branch into user-level task assignments. This hierarchical structure ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The platform is particularly valuable for documenting repeatable internal processes that don't occur frequently, eliminating the "how did we do this last time?" problem. Our standout success has been creating an AI-powered testimonial wizard that collects client feedback through simple questions and automatically generates polished testimonials. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making implementation relatively painless both for our business at ByteWize and for my personal use with tasks like tax preparation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

The customer-facing forms lack the robust functionality available in the workflows. Despite expecting feature parity, forms are significantly more basic, which limits our options when designing client interactions. The most frustrating aspect is the disparity between workflow functionality and form functionality - they don't mirror each other. For example, AI tasks are available in workflows but not in forms, forcing us to choose between better user experience and more powerful features. While Process Street continues to release updates, addressing these limitations would significantly improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The backbone of our process optimization work"
What do you like best about Process Street?

Process Street is essential to how we deliver repeatable value. It lets us standardize, scale, and track complex workflows. We use it daily for everything from healthcare compliance to HR automation. The interface is clean, the logic tools are flexible, the automations and connectors make implementation fast, and it integrates well with tools like Zapier and Power Automate. Their customer support is excellent; the team is always responsive, helpful, and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

The workflow builder can feel too flat and text-heavy, especially in larger builds. A visual map or timeline would make complex journeys easier to manage. Also, while native automation has improved, it still lags behind when it comes to triggering workflows natively. We often need third-party tools to meet advanced requirements. "Powerful tool for applicable processes"
What do you like best about Process Street?

It creates a really user-friendly experience for end-users and provides options for various types of processes to be implemented in the tool (i.e. surveys, data & asset collection, onboarding, etc). The ability to view status and data on flow performance is really nice. And ability to connect to power apps and other tools is very nice. Finally, the customer service from their support team is also really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

It is very rigid and not too forgiving. While there is conditional logic to turn on and off different fields and steps for various options, it doesn't allow for changes mid-stream, or much fluctuation from norms of a flow. Layout options are not fluid, character limits are narrow on pages. Notifications can not be set on an interval so each much go manually. Lots of rigidity in the system and some limitations with field options. Also while there are some api and automation options its not as robust as would be helpful. For instance you can connect ot slack but you can only choose to send one item to a slack channel (flow name, link or field, not more than one or with any context) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Process Documentation and SOP"
What do you like best about Process Street?

What I like about Process Street is that it is easy to learn and streamlines workflows and process documentation. Aside from that, there are tons of templates I can use to get started. There is also an integrated AI that can create the task for me when needed. So as a newbie, implementing a certain workflow is very straightforward.

Other features I have tried using are their checklist and simple automations. You can also assign tasks with it.

Our team is using this on a daily basis, from onboarding checklists to SOP documentation to a daily knowledge base for our IT team. Process Street is integrated into our daily workloads.

Although I haven't tried it yet, I know they have a free version, so that is a big plus for those who want to get started of using a systematic tool for process documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

I don't have any major things I don't like about Process Street. The only thing that comes to mind is that when numbering certain tasks, it won't continue from the previous task if there is a gap in between, or I would create a new sub task in the same page. "streamlined operations!"
What do you like best about Process Street?

We’ve been using Process.st as our go-to project management and onboarding platform, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outset, it allowed our team to onboard new employees with ease, standardizing our processes and making our operations significantly more efficient and consistent.

One of the standout features of Process.st is how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It’s built in a way that allows our team to create and manage recurring workflows, assign tasks, and track progress without unnecessary complexity. This has made day-to-day task management smoother and more transparent across departments.

What truly sets Process.st apart, though, is the team behind the product. Their support and customer success teams are highly efficient, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. They took the time to understand our company’s unique needs and worked closely with us to ensure the platform was customized and performing to our expectations. When we've had specific feature requests or needed functionality adjusted, the team was not only receptive but also willing to make updates to the system when appropriate—something you rarely find with software providers.

Thanks to Process.st, we've streamlined operations, improved accountability, and saved time across our organization. It’s a solution that continues to grow with us, backed by a team that’s committed to helping us succeed.

Highly recommended for any organization looking to scale its processes while maintaining flexibility and personalized support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

One area for improvement would be offering more formatting options within tasks to enhance clarity and customization for different workflow needs. For example, changing the size of images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
