Hi, When I start oreka from command line, it doesn't record a call. What is the structure of file localpartymap.csv? Except the fact I don't have that file, I get this message in logs: root:74 - OrkTrack::Run(): [localhost,8080] success:false comment:OrkObjectFactory class does not existinit. Can anyone help me? -- Regards, Radoslaw Felinski |

Hi, I tried to compile Oreka under Windows using Visual 2005 and 2008 and it failed. There was a whole bunch of errors of the same type: xxx: 'struct' type redefinition. It seems there is some problem with header files but I just followed the instruction. I know there is written to compile it under Visual 6.0, but I hoped this is created so that it's possible to compile it under newer versions of Visual. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? -- Regards, Radoslaw Felinski |

Asunto: Re: [Oreka-devel] <TapeDurationMinimumSec>XX</TapeDurationMinimumSec>
You can choose to not save those call who has a small duration
If you put XX on that value, only calls with a duration greater than XX will be saved
Very usefull in a callcenter whene the client hangs up because there was an answering machine on the other side, or when you are behaind 2 PBXs and on simulates an answer when transfering the call
I hope you find this information is useful
Saludos!
