A file in MCF contains a sequence of streams of two types: 1- A structure that contains information about each stream (AudioChunkDetails) The init of each stream is marked with 4 bytes integer: 0x2A2A2A2A (**** if you open the file with a text editor) 2- The audio stream itself The size, encoding, rate and other information of the audio stream is in the AudioChunkDetails structure. I'm attaching the sources of an application that I've created with testing purposes, it is a little verbose but that's because I was running in a lot of trouble. The application receives a .mcf file and then create two new files that will contain the audio part of the mcf file. You should read the source in order to understand exactly what it's going on there and what is inside an MCF file. Hopefully with small modification you could use the output files as input for your g.729 decoder. Saludos! Juan 2011/8/18 Евгений Ю. hello, this due to a missing codec in orkaudio, you probably have some device that orkaudio is not able to record. I had the same with some etrali board. I 'm afraid you will not be able to read those file as they are still encrypted. cheers ismael Le 17 août 2011 à 12:04, "Евгений Ю. Dear All, I am using OrkAudio with Cisco Call Manager, i have installed it and its working fine. My question is regarding FileNaming. I am using call divert steps in IVR Scripts, recording of scripts are getting save in two different files, First file contains the recording of call before the step of call divert and 2nd file contains the recording of call, after the call divert steps. User enters an PSTN/GSM number in call divert step and call get connected to that number. Both files are having ip address in their file names, but second file should contain the dialed GSM/PSTN number, which user entered. how can i achieve it? I am sharing the file names both files and config.xml, Please help Config.xml: TapeFileNaming>[year],[month],[day],_,[hour],[min],[sec],_,[nativecallid],-,[trackingid],_,[localparty],_,[remoteparty],_,[localip],_,[remoteip]</TapeFileNaming> 1st file name: 20110810_122601_nonativecallid-QOM_10.118.24.64_10.100.200.21_10.118.24.64_10.100.200.21 2nd File Name: 20110810_122628_nonativecallid-QOZ_10.100.150.3_10.118.24.64_10.100.150.3_10.118.24.64 Thanks & Regards,Verstyle18 |

Hi Tom You can change the parameter <DeleteNativeFiles=no>, if you see in your folders file with extension .MCF and not see file type WAV, only one reason your codec the calls is working with codec G729 and you need buy the oreka TR (total Recorder) Regards and good luck! Subject: [Oreka-user] Help with configuring config.xml I'm not sure if this is the correct email address but they were the only 2 I found. The software works great and I am looking to tweak the path where the resulting files are stored. I've looked at the documentation and tried several options with no luck. This creates NO output file and I'm looking to store it in "d:\temp\voip\[year]\[month]" The directories are created (including a date and hour directory) but no file is created. This is what I have in my config.xml file: <AudioOutputPath>d:\temp\voip</AudioOutputPath> <TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, TapeFileNaming</TapeProcessors> <TapePathNaming>[year],[month],[direction],_,[remoteparty],_,[localparty],</TapePathNaming> <TapeFileNaming>@,[year],[month],[day],[hour],[min],[sec]</TapeFileNaming> and <AudioOutputPath>d:\temp\voip</AudioOutputPath> <TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, TapeFileNaming</TapeProcessors> <TapePathNaming>[direction],_,[remoteparty],_,[localparty],</TapePathNaming> <TapeFileNaming>[year],[month],@,[year],[month],[day],[hour],[min],[sec]</TapeFileNaming> This is a working example of my config.xml which stores all the files in "d:\temp\voip\" and also creates subdirectories for [year], [date], [hour] which are blank. <AudioOutputPath>d:\temp\voip</AudioOutputPath> <TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, TapeFileNaming</TapeProcessors> <TapePathNaming>[direction],_,[remoteparty],_,[localparty],</TapePathNaming> <TapeFileNaming>@,[year],[month],[day],[hour],[min],[sec]</TapeFileNaming> -- Thanks, Tom ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ uberSVN's rich system and user administration capabilities and model configuration take the hassle out of deploying and managing Subversion and the tools developers use with it.
