The interface is really simple to use. There are many customizations available, including the ability to customize how users access the environment. We haven't launched our academy yet, but putting it together has been seamless. The builder has lots of nice tools to make the learning experience interactive, and WorkRamp has their own academy to facilitate the process of learning how best to use the software. I wish there was more customization available. I like having the individual elements available in my courses, but would love to have more control over their appearance. Its easy to use and simple to build courses as an author. Similarly its easy to get the team to adopt it- its intuitive. Course creation is easy, it has good knowledge check options too. Scaling up as the team grows has been challenging, specifically around getting meaningful reports and insights. In addition, there are sometimes changes to the functionality that have happened that the end users complain about. Despite raising this multiple times, I haven't had a good solution.
