Some of the widgets could be refined better. I feel like they take a while to load on my system (I am using the Amazon Fire Digital Signage stick). For example, the native weather widget on Yodeck always spins for 2-5 seconds before displaying the weather. It also shows the radar in the wrong location (could be user error). I discovered Yodeck a few months ago while searching for the best digital signage solution. After testing Yodeck on one of my players, I found it easy to use and really liked it. One feature I appreciate is that if you purchase a 12-month subscription, they include the player (Raspberry Pi). Now, I am planning to migrate all my players to Yodeck. I would say that my favorite thing about the Yodeck is it's easy to navigate interface. We use Yodeck to play slides in our lobby at my Church. We are a setup/teardown Church that meets at a school. Because of this, I am not able to get to our signage until Sunday morning. With the user interface, I am able to update our slides each week from home and then send it to the tv that we use. There isn't much not to love about Yodeck. If I had to say something that wasn't ideal, it would be that you cannot add a template inside another template. You are only able to put a music playlist on a template, but I cannot add that template of music onto another template (for instance, a calendar.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yodeck is super simple to use, and works with a variety of devices. You don't have to use their hardware at all (I don't). It is easy to implement and easy to maintain. I can't comment on their customer support because I have honestly never needed to use it. I have yet to find an integration that I wished was there but wasn't; it has a ton of integrations built in, plus a REST API you can use to build your own if needed.
