What do you like best about Birdeye?

It's simple to use, easy to navigate, and has everything you need with no clutter! Makes reputation management a breeze!

I really like that I can answer reviews directly on the platform, and that I don't have to navigate away to do so. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

One small suggestion I'd like to see: If there was a direct link in the notification emails to take you straight to the review to be answered, that would be great!

I'd also like to see a greater selection of canned responses, but that's a very minor point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye makes it easy and convenient to see all of your bursiness reviews, all at once on all the platforms - and responding to them so simple and fast! The AI generated responses are a great way to launch a response to our reviews - I then go in and alter them to make them more personalized. Personalized responses add that little touch I hope clients enjoy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like that the reviews can be uploaded to a seperate review site, besides just google. We have sales events every other month that people have very polarizing feelings about. So, instead of sending them a review request that would go to google, we have one that goes to the bird eye review site. That way, they can vent that they didn't win one of the big prizes, without it getting posted publicly. We love it. We also love that the positive google reviews go to Facebook as posts, it is a great an positive way to consistently post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I honestly like the platform as a whole. I wish there were less calls. I recieve a lot of calls from the birdseye team. I promise, if I need something, I will call you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Our business has been using Birdeye for several years and we've experienced great success with it. We particularly appreciate the Reviews feature, which has played a significant role in supporting our reputation management efforts and has helped us see an increase in both the frequency and quality of our Google reviews. Additionally, the chat widget stands out as an excellent tool that is straightforward and user-friendly for both our customers and prospects, as well as our staff. What do you like best about Birdeye?

We have struggled to find the best system for dealing with both high call volume and getting review requests out and Birdeye has been the perfect solution for us!

Being able to leave an automated message and sent up replay texts have instantly improved our customer service for not just the customers but also the employees. The desktop is super easy to use and learn from , it was a fast switch from our old system with no hiccups and just made things better. We are very happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Getting results and reviews from patients of mine. I have received reviews from patients who have been with me for 10 years and did not receive it with other automated reviews systems. Usually i would get 1-3 reviews per month with my old system and when I got on board with Birdeye, its been like 10 reviews per month. So this was way way better. They do have other features that I am possibly going to try out since this 1 feature works so well. Getting them into my system of integration was easy and there system is pretty straight forward to use. There customer support is good. This is a well establilsh company and it shows. Our office uses this every day so its very very good and reasonable for the pricing per month. I highly recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Birdeye is a direct and instant connection to our clients. Whether they had a positive experience or not, we can instantly respond to thank them and address any concerns. It is also a great tool to keep track of positive reviews so that we can contact the owners and post reviews with updated pictures on social media. The public trusts opinion and proof. Birdeye is able to give us both of those to help us know which direction our marketing and communications are going. The dashboard is a simple, easy-to-use format that breaks down the reports and helps me keep everything in one place. The AI features are fantastic! It helps me stay on top of interacting with clients and contacting poor reviews to alleviate miscommunications and ensure trust. The insights, reports, and competitor views are brilliant! What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I have not had any issues with Birdeye as far as the program. It updates continually and the requests are instant. It would be nice to have learning modules regarding client interactions, and understanding how best to use the tools on the program to increase and encourage positive reviews. What do you like best about Birdeye?

I had a fabulous experience purchasing and implementing Birdeye. They worked diligently with our IT team when we had issues on our end, helping us integrate our clinical software with Birdeye. We have had great success since implementing almost 2 months ago. We've gone from a 3.4 to a 4.0, which was our first goal - and the owner is throwing us a pizza party! My first experience with communication software was with Podium, and while it worked, the difference with Birdeye has been night and day.
