What do you dislike about Hive?

What do you like best about Hive?

Calendar feature is the main thing we use on my sales team. It links directly to marketing where we can view projects but it also allowed us to customize a calendar where we coordinate sales coverage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

I don't like that everytime I try to open the website, it asks if I want to use the app instead. This notice can't be removed (I don't think). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hive?

Hive features a mostly intuitive UI across browsers and desktop/mobile devices with its Hive App. The service makes tracking project status and related notes (such as temporary contacts) effortless, while offering customizable status fields and columns. What do you dislike about Hive?

The desktop app occasionally logs users out if not used on a daily basis. Selecting the correct template can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to the interface and may take some trial and error so be prepared to spend time before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tiles within Hive are great for tracking temporary project data and notes, offering a further level of detail beyond the simple logging of time or items that a standard accounting software title might be capable of handling. The apps ensure quick access to key project details from anywhere a user has the internet. What do you like best about Hive?

It is a very powerful Project management system when working with a team of professionals on a project with multiple stages, timelines and deadline dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

It's not cost effective for new or very small businesses. In the creative market of designers, etc. Very diffifcult to use a padi version of the software unless a budget allows for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for communication with my team without going outside of the program. I can sen emails and correspond in real time chats about a specific project. Notifications of a specific project is provided to me daily to review responses on specific things without emailing back and forth. Saving time and confusion on project updates and changes. "Great tool for organizing projects and keeping the team on track"

What do you like best about Hive?

Hive has multiple ways to view projects - status boards, Gantt charts, calendar, etc. It's easy to swap between these views without having to change your project setup. The integration with built-in notes, messaging, and other tools is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

The UI is a bit confusing until you get used to it. Getting started and introducing it to my team members was difficult, but that might be more due to my own unfamiliarity with Hive as I tried to train my teammates. There's some custom setup required to get dashboards and views that accomplish what I want, but now that I've got that setup it's easy to access the reports I need. What do you like best about Hive?

The platform uses a simple card system, I like that you can customize the platform to your goals. It makes it easy for individual users to adapt quickly, projects were easily integrated into the boards. I like being able to choose which board I want to collaborate on. It's really intuitive at its basic level, offering a wide variety of visualizations that make it easy to adapt.
