"The perfect balance of simplicity and depth for agency work"
What do you like best about Scoro?

As a creative agency, we needed a tool that could handle our complex project and capacity needs without being so complicated that it would slow us down. Scoro delivers on both fronts perfectly.

What I like:

- Low barrier to entry: The onboarding was smooth. The basic features are intuitive and logical, so all company members, regardless of tech-savviness, understood it quickly. There was no need for super-complex, lengthy training sessions.

- Powerful when you need it: For those who need more advanced solutions, they are readily available and integrated in a very logical way. It grows with your needs without becoming overwhelming.

- Exceptional capacity tracking: This is Scoro's standout feature for us. It provides a crystal-clear view of our team's availability, which is crucial for realistic scheduling, hitting deadlines, and maintaining a healthy workload. It has fundamentally improved our day-to-day work.

- Well-designed & customizable: The interface is clean and user-friendly. We live in the projects section, and the ability to also track pitches in the same ecosystem is a huge plus. The high degree of personalization allows us to tailor the software to match our specific company processes.

Scoro strikes the ideal balance. It's powerful enough to be our all-in-one work management solution but remains accessible and logical for the entire team. It feels like it was built with creative agencies in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The only drawback is the limited file attachment size (1MB). For an agency that constantly shares large creative files, this forces us to maintain external cloud storage, which slightly interrupts an otherwise perfectly integrated workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks, Marta! It's amazing to hear you love Scoro and that it has helped you so much across the board from pitching to capacity and workflow tracking. We are launching subtasks very-very soon which will make working in the projects section even better.

"Driving Efficiency and Visibility Across Our Business"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro has become the backbone of our operations since we started using it in 2021. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it brings together project management, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting in one place. The dashboards are incredibly helpful for keeping visibility across projects, and the reporting tools give us real-time insights that support smarter business decisions. It’s intuitive to use, and it really saves us from juggling multiple disconnected tools.

The implementation was straightforward, and the Scoro team provided excellent support throughout the onboarding process, which made adoption smooth and stress-free. It integrates very well with our wider business ecosystem, making it easy to align with our existing workflows. We use Scoro daily across the entire business, and it has become indispensable for keeping everything running smoothly. On top of that, their customer support is consistently responsive and helpful, giving us confidence that we always have the backing we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There’s very little to dislike. Like any robust platform, it takes a bit of time to get fully set up and learn all the features, but once the team is onboarded, it’s smooth sailing. One challenge is when you manage several entities in different currencies — there isn’t yet a way to get a high-level view of each entity side by side in their individual currencies. Another small annoyance is that Scoro’s rounding doesn’t always align with Xero’s two-decimal rounding, which means invoice sync sometimes requires manual penny adjustments. That said, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value, and Scoro continues to improve its interface and add useful updates, showing they listen to customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review and for trusting Scoro since 2021, Julia! We’re delighted that the all-in-one setup, dashboards, and reporting are giving your team real-time visibility and helping you make smarter decisions. We really appreciate the partnership and the kind words about our onboarding and support.

"Transformative for our small business"
What do you like best about Scoro?

All the information pertaining to sales pipeline, project delivery and invoicing is in one place, as a business owner it is invaluable. Previously, all our KPIs were focused on completing administrative activities, such as the completeness of spreadsheet data entries. Now, our focus has shifted towards project execution and achieving outcomes. I should also mention the incredibly helpful team there - don't skimp on the implementation support, use them to get it set up right for you and you will be able to hit the ground running with it. It is intuitive to use, and something we have incorporated into our daily meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

No real downsides, there are a few extra features we would like, like the ability to view project budgets as days rather than hours. But otherwise no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks, Rhiannon, for the positive feedback! Glad to hear that Scoro has enabled to shift your team's focus from admin to execution and outcomes.

"Intuitive UI accommodates different types of users"
What do you like best about Scoro?

I use Scoro mostly for the caledar and for logging time. My partner, on the other hand, uses much more of Scoro's capabilties. Both of us get what we need without undue complication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Creating PTO days in the calendar is not as intuitive as other functions. I usually have to ask a colleague how to do it (again). There is this new thing—the "Time off" button—but I've been told that that button doesn't really log PTO dates, at least in the way our company needs it to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the feedback, Michael! Happy to hear you find Scoro a relatively easy tool for all the capabilities. For PTO management, feel free to refer to our Help Center article.

"Good software but needs more features and attention to detail"
What do you like best about Scoro?

The reports can be really great. I like that I can setup multiple views and book marks to quickly review the reports based on predefined data that I want to see.

We now have the insights to make the right staffing decisions. Our team is working on what they’re best at, which improves job satisfaction and project outcomes.

Customer support is readily available to not only site admins but all users. That availability and willingness to help is a benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Setup is time intensive but worth it in the end for the productivity benefits.

Some tools are less intuitive and require training/finessing to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks for the feedback! Great to hear that Scoro is helping you save a lot of time by automating reports by which you cold ditch the spreadsheets.

"Solid tool for end to end Project Management"
What do you like best about Scoro?

We’ve been using Scoro mainly for project management, tracking estimated vs. actual hours, budgets and planning team workload.

It’s been really helpful having everything in one place and it definitely makes it easier to keep track of what’s going on.

The onboarding experience was great too, their team made the switch super smooth and were always there to help when we had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The main downside for us is the mobile app. It lacks many of the features and usability of the desktop version, which makes it difficult to manage projects effectively on the go. A more functional mobile experience would make Scoro even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you for the thorough feedback! Happy to hear that Scoro has consolidated your business data into an all-in-one tool which saves you valuable time and eliminates confusion.

"Excellent customer service"
What do you like best about Scoro?

1. All-in-One Work Management

Centralizes project planning, time tracking, CRM, billing, and reporting in one platform. Everything lives under a single roof:

- Unified dashboards give you a real-time overview of project status, budgets, allocated hours and outstanding invoices.

- Seamless handoffs between teams (sales → project → finance) eliminate miscommunications and data re-entry.

2. Powerful, Customizable Reporting

Scoro’s reporting engine lets you build tailored KPI reports and visual dashboards in minutes:

Drill-down analytics on revenue, margin, utilization rates and more help you spot bottlenecks and underperforming projects.

3. Streamlined Billing & Invoicing

From estimate to invoice, Scoro handles your entire financial workflow:

One-click quotes & invoices based on logged time and expenses.

4. Exceptional customer service.

Responsive and knowledgeable support staff help users troubleshoot quickly.

Personalized onboarding and training resources ensure teams can hit the ground running.

Proactive communication and regular product updates reflect a company that listens to its users and evolves based on feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

One notable drawback is the restricted flexibility in customizing PDF templates (e.g., quotes, invoices, reports). Even at higher-tier membership levels, I've found that there's minimal control over layout and design, making it hard to fully align documents with a company’s branding.

Limited formatting options, which can be frustrating for businesses with specific presentation standards.

This can be especially challenging for agencies or consultancies that rely heavily on polished, client-facing documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thank you so much for the detailed review, Rebecca! We are very glad you are happy with Scoro and it helps you free up more time for billable hours.

"Excellent for Calendar Management"
What do you like best about Scoro?

What I appreciate most about Scoro is its intuitive and detailed calendar, which allows easy tracking and management of all resources, including colleagues' availability, meeting rooms, and various project-related elements. The visibility provided by Scoro significantly improves our team's organization and resource planning, making project management smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The least helpful aspect of Scoro is its task creation functionality, which feels somewhat cumbersome. It is simpler and quicker to add tasks directly into the calendar rather than using the designated task creation feature. This minor inconvenience disrupts workflow efficiency, especially when frequent task updates or additions are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Hi Joe, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear Scoro is helping you improve resource planning and overall project efficiency. Thanks for being a Scoro client!

"An all in one god send."
What do you like best about Scoro?

Having everything in one app! the tagging and linking is fabulous. I like how intuitive it is, and how many features are included. At previous agencies, we used 4 apps to do what Scoro does. Pulling in the details from a quote into tasks as briefs is AMAZING. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I build out really big quotes, and I wish I could collapse sections like an accordion so I only see sub headings and total cost. Scrolling up and down the page is pretty annoying.

I also with the notifications would ping me with an optional audio cue or little pop up. If I forget to check the notifications tab, I can miss important updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Karin Kanamäe of Scoro

Thanks, Katie! Scoro is all about data consolidation, so glad to hear this is appreciated! Creating tasks etc becomes all the more easier with Scoro AI soon, stay tuned. We are launching matrix quoting in August, so check out if that could be useful to you!
