"Comprehensive PDF Tools and Enhanced Security in Adobe Acrobat"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Point 1:

The latest version of Adobe Acrobat checks the trustworthiness of a file when opened. If the file comes from an untrusted source, it provides a warning. Additionally, when opening PDF attachments from Outlook emails, it prompts you to save the file to your computer.

Point 2:

If the PDF contains multiple pages and you want to navigate to a specific section, you can use the Contents panel to jump directly to that page.

Point 3:

Adobe Acrobat offers several useful tools such as Highlight, Drawing, Eraser, Text, Read Aloud, and the very helpful Translate feature.

Point 4:

You can switch to Full Screen mode for a better reading experience, and there are also options to edit the PDF directly within the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Point 1 :

Editing text in PDFs, especially scanned documents or those with complex formatting, may not always work as expected. Sometimes fonts or alignments can shift.

Point 2:

While full screen mode improves readability, it hides editing tools unless you exit the mode, which can be inconvenient during presentations or reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great PDF Editing, and great for signing documents"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

My main use for Acrobat is editing PDFs, and I consider its editing tools to be exceptional for altering the content of existing PDF documents. Whenever I need to revise text or include images, it handles these tasks with great efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

One of the main drawbacks I experience with Acrobat is that the app can be quite slow at times. More importantly, I find the zoom function to be unintuitive, which often leads me to zoom in too much or struggle to find the right view settings. Additionally, the formatting options could use improvement, as aligning text to a margin or ruler is quite difficult, making it challenging to keep documents consistent. "A Reliable All-in-One Tool for Managing PDFs"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What I like most is how simple it is to use and set up. It didn’t take much time for our team to get comfortable with it, and we now use it almost every day. The number of features is impressive — from editing and signing to file conversion — and it connects smoothly with other tools like Microsoft Office. Anytime I’ve needed help, customer support has been quick and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

It can be a bit slow when opening large files, and the updates sometimes take longer than I’d like.

What problems is it solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s made managing, signing, and sharing documents much faster. We’ve reduced manual work and improved accuracy in document handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A feature-packed hidden gem"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

In my experience, most people use Adobe Acrobat simply to view PDF documents. But you can actually do SO much more on it! My team and I use it daily for sending and receiving feedback, particularly utilising the 'Comments' feature where we can @mention each other, and highlight specific parts of a document for review. Acrobat also provides several text editing features, including changing fonts, text colour, kerning, adding bullet points and more. These features are handy as I can make edits myself rather than asking my team to edit and resend the original document.

For businesses, I recommend taking advantage of the e-sign options. You can save multiple digital signatures to your account, and can add company branding (your logo and company URL) for a professional edge. Also, one of my favourite features is that when you request an e-signature, Adobe automatically send reminder emails to the recipient if they have not signed it within a few days. You can also use Acrobat to collect payment for documents! It's honestly so feature-packed, it's ridiculous.

I recently discovered the 'PDF space', which, using AI, provides a summary of any file that you upload so that you don't have to read the entire thing (yes please!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

At first glance, there's a lot going on in the program. I suggest watching some Youtube videos to help you navigate it, because it's truly such a feature-packed hidden gem that will save you so much time once you know it's capabilities.

I've encountered some performance issues, such as difficulty loading large files (particularly files with lots of images). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective PDF Solution"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is a great tool for reading PDFs, combining files, sharing, signing, etc. It is not limited to professional or personal use, which is great. A lot of the time, my students turn in their work virtually, through the use of PDFs. Adobe Acrobat makes it easy to leave comments and feedback for my students.

Integrating this into my daily routine has actually been a huge help in terms of returning students' assignments. A student turns in an assignment? Great! I'll open it in Acrobat, so that I can review their work and then return it to them with comments. Implementing it into my daily grading routine has been a breeze.

My employment does not directly offer a lot of resources to aid in our completion of work, so finding a resource like this that has a few free features but also the option to upgrade is great. The paid version is easy to cancel/pause in the event that I need to save money, so this is appreciated.

Customer service seems easy to get to; however, I have not had to use it. All of the automated features have done their job perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

While Adobe Acrobat is extremely helpful in a lot of document aspects, the paid version is not something I can personally keep up with. It's rather pricey. However, it is a very valuable tool that I will continue to work on getting my employment to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Professional, Could Be a Bit Faster"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

As a dermatologist and dietitian, Adobe Acrobat has become an essential part of my daily routine. I use it frequently to manage patient files, treatment records, and diet charts in a neat and secure format. It’s very easy to use, even during busy consultation hours, and implementing it into my workflow didn’t take any effort at all , everything just fits naturally. I often conduct online consultations where I send prescriptions and skincare routines in PDF format, and Acrobat makes that process smooth and professional. The wide range of features, from editing and signing to converting and protecting documents, saves me time and reduces paperwork. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools like Onedrive and email, allowing me to share reports or before and after treatment summaries instantly. Overall, it’s a reliable, feature rich tool that simplifies everyday tasks and keeps my clinic’s documentation fully digital and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes Adobe Acrobat runs a bit slow, especially when I’m handling multiple patient prescriptions or scanning large skin report files. It also takes a few extra seconds to load when switching between documents. Apart from that, it works reliably, but a little more speed and smoother navigation would make it perfect for my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Acrobat must for PDF files."
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I am a real estate agent and I use Adobe Acrobat to open, fill, and sign property documents for sales and rentals (Attached screenshot). I share PDFs with my clients and lawyers, add comments to contracts, and keep all paperwork safe and organized. These features save me time and let me work faster from my laptop or phone—no need for printing or scanning. For security, I use password protection to keep client files private Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Sometimes it feels heavy and causes my system to hang, but otherwise it works fine. (Attached the screenshot) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable PDF tool for reviewing and managing documents"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat has been used for very long time for professional and personal use. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so editing or reviewing PDFs doesn’t take much effort. I have find easy to implement this in my personal system and make it default pdf viewer for daily use. I directly integrated extension offered by them in chrome so pdf can be opened directly in acrobat only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The main drawback is pricing for personal use as it is somewhat costly and customer support is ok as per me. I have been using it quite long but the UI is same so looks boring sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined PDF Management with Robust Security, But Price and Performance Could Be Improved"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

What stands out to me about Adobe Acrobat is how it centralizes everything I need for working with PDFs. Whether I’m creating, editing, signing, or sharing a document, I can do it all within one platform—no need to switch between different tools. I also appreciate the consistency it offers, ensuring the formatting remains intact across all devices. Plus, its robust security features give me confidence that my documents are protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

For me, the biggest downside is the price—it feels a bit steep, especially if you don’t use all the advanced features regularly. I’ve also noticed that the software can be a bit heavy on my computer’s resources, and sometimes the updates disrupt my workflow. It would be great if there were a more lightweight version for users who only need basic functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
